I am rejecting this response because: The event I was having was August 13th, not the 17th as Aris has statedThis is how I know there was never a contract nor any email sent to me because they don't even know the correct date : because wouldn't this information be on the contract? I paid half for a service that I never received and never was told that the half was non refundableAgain, there was never any email or receipt or contract sent to me

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have already accepted this response only because I did not want to fight with someone that wanted to blame female guests at a reception for a broken faucet.Our hose produces gallons per minute The tank was full by 7:and the tank holds gallons It would take less than one hour of the faucet running to fill the tank Meaning this was broken by 6:a half an hour into the event.However, his staff was rude, he was rigid and unwavering in his approach I want to move forward I will never recommend this company and if anyone ever asks me about there service, I will tell them the truth, it was inadequate.Thank you-***

Thank you for your email this AM. I once again am sorry that an issue occurred with the Porta-Lisa 2 Station restroom Trailer that you rented last weekend. I appreciate your description of the events, timeline, and responses from both our office and service technician that arrived to address...

the reported problem during your party, but do not agree with your account of the events that evening. We responded in a very timely manner based on a weekend night call. Our technician was in Akron at the time of the call and left his own personal event to respond to your needs. As fast as possible , he arrived on site and immediately called me to go over issue. I was on the phone with him trying to resolve the issue when you claim he was rude, etc. This is absolutely not true or accurate. You declined the service and told him to leave. Not once did you call back and cancel us to come to your party after the initial call at 8:30 or so, but rather had us dispatch a person and then abruptly turn him away. The trailer was fully functional and working properly upon setup and delivery, It was in use Friday and Saturday till you called with the issue. After picking up the trailer, we looked at the faucet and although you claim it was product malfunction, we found the faucet broken from what seems to be by excessive force by the end user. Although I am sure It was unintentional, we disagree that this was by any measure a fault of Aris Company or our staff. Once again we are sad to see any disappointed Client, we also do not feel a full remedy your concerns and frustrations we sent a $500.00 refund yesterday to your home.We hope this is a reasonable solution for both parties.  Thank you, Mike S[redacted] Aris Company 330-562-8300
