Aris Teleradiology

Aris Radiology read an xray in July of and billed it incorrectly to my BCBS insurance which did not pay itIn February 2017, I received a bill from Aris for this service; I told them how to bill it correctly as I was told by BCBS but they sent it to a collection agency and I paid the complete billI asked Aris to re-bill it correctly so that my insurance would pay and I could get a refundAris finally re-billed it correctly and was paid by my BCBS insurance on 7/11/I was told by Aris on 7/20/that I would get a refund in daysI contacted Aris when the days were completed since I didn't receive a refund and was told to wait another daysIt has now been over days, and I still have not received a refund and I have left numerous voicemails with their refund/billing department and no one will call me backAris has now been paid twice, once by me and once by my insurance and they have actually been overpaidI would like to get my refund and more than months sh
