Mike and Sharma presented as the model company to contract with for water softener and reverse osmosis system in our new home in Goodyear We are only part-time residents in AZ at the present and Mike accommodated our schedule over the Christmas/New Year holidayMike was on time for the estimate and for the installation He was meticulous in his work, informed me that if he made a change to the builders plumbing, it could void our home warranty Quickly we were able to get in contact with the builder's plumbing contractor supervisor and resolved the issue Unfortunately I am used to contractors that would have just moved forward and not communicated that there could be a potential issue!
Arisa's price and warranty were extremely competitive, offered many options and provided valuable information about the AZ environment for us to make an informed decisionWe could not have been more pleased with the service, product, installation and level of professionalism

I had Mike out recently to replace my water softener. All I can say is wow! Such a nice, knowledgeable, and professional technician. He was extremely helpful and presented me with all the options available and allowed me to make the best possible decision for my home without any pressure. Arisa Water was very professional and on time to the appointment. My job started at 10am and due to some unfortunate events at my home, the job was finished around 7pm at night. [redacted] re-installed the main water shut-off valve, installed a new water line for my water softener, which he had to dig up part of my yard to complete. Needless to say, after he was done I could not even tell that he dug up anything. He cleaned up all of his work and left my house the way he found it. [redacted] was great and I recommend this company to all of my friends and family that need a water softener installed.

Michael performed a very professional installation of our osmosis water treatment system. Very neat, clean and organized.

Our experience with other contractors that have come into our home have always left the place a mess. Michael left our kitchen cleaner then he found it. He was very attentive in placing the equipment so that it was not in the way. The only difference that we notice now is that we have clean, delicious, fresh drinking water in our home!

Earlier we had a water softener installed by another company. HUGE MISTAKE! Not only did Michael fixed their mistakes, he cleaned up their mess as well.

We would recommend Arisa Water to anyone who is looking to have a hassle free experience, great customer service and compared to the other companies we researched, the cost was significantly less.
