[redacted] assertions are patently false; a misrepresentation of the facts, an attempt to transfer his personal responsibilities with respect to ensuring that he is legally operating his automobile and moreover not fulfill his outstanding debt obligations.The facts are as follows:While not having all the required funds, [redacted] uplifted a car in good faith by depositing $with a promise to pay an outstanding obligation of deposit in the amount of $in an agreed timely manner.? To begin with as far as we are aware [redacted] was not employed on a fulltime basis due to frequent inoperable issues with his previous automobileWe rendered assistanceSometime thereafter [redacted] encountered further financial difficulty which restricted his ability to maintain continuous insurance coverage and a coupled with a previous arrest record may have contributed and or resulted in his ensuing legal issuesFor this we bear no responsibilityWithout the ability to meet his first outstanding obligation, further assistance was rendered by paying for his permanent registrationWe subsequently learnt that [redacted] car was taken because of outstanding obligations to the city [redacted] again requested assistance and was denied [redacted] only really became suddenly dissatisfied and incensed when this final request was denied.? We note that [redacted] conspicuously failed to mention at any point in his complaint the length of time the car was in his possession before his legal issues arose as well as that there were no issues mechanical or otherwise with the auto he was providedFrom our perspective we went above and beyond to provide opportunity for [redacted] to be able to earn a living
