Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] my name is [redacted] and when I submitted my rebuttal I could not type in a responce. I have read the answer from Coronado Motors, and I too have recipts to contradict what they are claiming. I would just like for this to be over, I need the remainder of my downpayment returned, and in return I will apologize on social media as requested. Please feel free to contact me with any questions at [redacted]
Regards,
[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
[redacted]

We contacted Mr. [redacted]ia text, we offer to mail him a resolution agreement letter and once he signs off we will mail him a check, he said he did not want to do it that way he rather do it thru third party, if you want and can we can meet in your office (Revdex.com) have all paperwork ready where both parties sign and  we will also bring a check with the reminder balance or we can direct Mr. [redacted] And Mrs. Chaparro to the AIADA office and do it thru them, whatever works best for them and your office, we request that both of them are present to do the signing of the agreement, let us now we are ready to sign releases and return reminder balance thanks

On July 18th, 2015 Mrs. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] Purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Del Coronado Motors, requiring a $2200.00 down payment and pending verification from finance company to approve loan based in the information provided to us, turns out Mr. [redacted] lied on the application about...

his employment, he stated he was working for a company, when he actually quit that company approximately 2 weeks before, we have the sign and dated credit app, as a result the finance company turn down the deal, for obvious reasons, we call them to advise them of the situation and avoid all communications, Mr. [redacted] later came in and apologize for the miscommunication and also for lying in the application, even thou we had grounds to terminate the transaction according to our terms and conditions of the sale, we agreed on them keep driving the car for the weekend and that we will be working on a solution during the week with a finance company that was willing to finance the same vehicle or a different suv, when we found the solution we call them to advise them to come in to further discuss the new terms and conditions from the finance company to approve the loan of the same vehicle, Mrs. [redacted] showed up by herself, and we went and explain the new terms for the approval, she got real upset saying that she couldn't afford that vehicle any more and that she wanted her down payment back, we told Mrs. [redacted] that we will reimburse her the remaining balance of her down payment after deducting our restock fee and mileage used on the vehicle, she refused to accept and called her husband, when Mr. [redacted] showed up try to aggressively hit me, called me names (ie: [redacted] lying thief) and told me that "he had 20 of his homies on the way to beat the st out of all of us" im quoting his words, I was very concerned for my safety and my employees safety as well I advised all my employees to get inside the property and asked Mr. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] to leave my property and I called Phoenix Police Department, PPD recover the keys to the vehicle and advise Mrs. [redacted] to leave the property, because of the threats made by her husband witch he already fleed the scene, case# [redacted]-[redacted], Since then Mr. [redacted] is been insulting us thru social media "undercover thiefs" "home of the we keep your money" "they will rip you off"  "be careful with this clowns" And Mr. [redacted] keeps lying, he goes to your reputable office and says in his complaint that he gave us $2200.00 dollars, when he only gave us $1200.00 and we have the receipt to prove it, We offer the same solution to this matter a reimbursement of the balance of $1200.00 minus restocking fee and mileage used as stated under terms and conditions of the sale at the time of purchase, we can provide a signed copy if needed, however we will require Mr. [redacted] to erase his social media comments and/or a social media apology stating that matter was resolved, otherwise we are willing to continue with the open case at PPD and sue for damages to our image and integrity as a business.  Thank you very much for your time and mediation, if they agree to our solution we can do it thru your office or we can handle it thru a third party mediator such as my counsel or AIADA
