I had a new AC unit installed on April 6,and was informed that the company would complete the rebate form to SRP as well as the warrantyI called a week after installation to have the form mailed to me so I could sign, make a copy and mail to SRPAt that time I was informed that the manager had completed the rebate and mailed it to SRP on my behalf I have called and sent emails numerous times to get a copy (for my records) of the rebate and warranty information to no availI cannot contact the utility company regarding the rebate without the proper paperwork and years is a long time with no warranty documentation
As soon as I paid (cash) for the work, all contact stoppedNo return calls or emails, poor communication

I am always apprehensive when having my yearly AC unit check up and have used many different companies. This year Aristotle Air was highly recommended by a close friend and I have to agree with my friend that after I had my AC unit serviced by Aristotle Air I felt very confident in their analysis and honesty. At some point, due to the age of my AC unit I will need to replace it and when that time comes I, as well s my friend will contact Aristotle Air. The technician that came to my house, Martin Lara, was very thorough and personable. A great representative of Aristotle Air.

When my central AC unit stopped working, I called Aristotle Air. Brian arrived within an hour and did a great job on the repair. He provided excellent customer service, answering my questions and very efficiently installing a new motor during the service call. The rate was reasonable and there was zero sales pressure. No attempt to sell me unneeded parts or additional services--he wouldn't even accept a tip.

I'm happy to have found a reliable company to handle the problem so quickly and courteously. I highly recommend their services. Thanks for a great experience!
