Review: I went for an appointment for family/individual therapy for my ** year old daughter. The first visit was an intake where they took all of her information and asked a bunch of questions as an assessment. At the end the person who did the intake informed that they will re-assess and form a treatment plan for my daughter and would get back to us with the treatment plan and therapist. A month has passed and I called to figure out why there was never a follow up and I was on hold for a very long time and transferred all over the place. This is very serious because it is a psychological office dealing with mental and behavioral issues and my case is very serious where I have long gone to someone else for my daughter's matter. They have horrible service and never follow up with patients.Desired Settlement: An explanation as to why they never followed up because when I called they were rude, condescending and never gave me an answer!!!!
