We did send an email notification that this item was on back order on 1/11/to the email that was provided with the order. When the item did not come in as expected we followed up with an update on 2/6/that this item is on back order with the manufacturer and we had not been provided with
an expected date for availability. Upon the discussion with the customer on 4/11/17 the customer decided to cancel this order so the credit card has been credited for the full amount of the order

We did issue the refund for the items out of stock. The refund was issued for $176.80. We do try to keep a large amount of inventory. We did have some items unavailable due the the large holiday demand.  We apologize for the delay withe the items and inconvenience.
