Brett S[redacted] is an honest dedicated man to his craft. He is very knowledgeable in his industry. He came to service my AC unit for the annual maintenance and everything checked out fine. About two months later the unit started having issues with the blower motor kicking on randomly on it's own when it rained, so it had an obvious short in the low voltage wiring. I work in a technical industry and I'm very mechanically inclined so I starting inspecting and found the exposed copper and the short. It had blown a fuse and I wasn't sure where it was as it wasn't mounted on the control boards in the unit. After a phone call to Brett he knew where to tell me to look for the fuse in the low voltage wiring harness with no mention of coming to fix it without telling me where it should be first. Sure enough I found the fuse, but it was a Trane factory proprietary harness that would have to be ordered. With no time to spare in the Arizona summer heat I swapped it out with a standard two pronged automotive fuse that I had in my stash that Brett said he uses to get people back up and running. I thought that was pretty nice that he helped me out by walking me through it over the phone. I would recommend Brett the Arizona AC Man for any of your HVAC service or repairs. Fair, honest service. When they say they warranty their work, they really do! We needed a slight change to the original work (not an error, just some tweaking), and [redacted] came straight out to help. He found out that we were low on Freon, and that there was a leak from when the original builders installed our unit. He hooked us up with what we needed for a great price. AND fixed our leak for free!! Always such a relief to find great companies to work with.

He explained to me how an air conditioning system works and showed me what was in need of repair. Before [redacted] came out, I had one other HVAC technician that had already looked at my dad's air conditioner. This other tech told me my dad's air conditioner needed to be replaced. So I thought, I should get a second opinion. After [redacted] looked at my dad's air conditioner, he told me what needed to be fixed at this time and he told me the air conditioner should last at least another two years and it did not have to be replaced at this time.
