I had Arizona Air Experts come out to give me an estimate on replacing my 2 -- 17 year old units.
Everything from the proper SEER rating and proper size required to cool my home down efficiently was explained clearly to me. Their pricing for my 2 units, parts and labor warranty, excelled any other quotes I received.
Work was done accurately and spotlessly. Crew arrived on time, was very professional and courteous.
I'm very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Arizona Air Experts to all that need reliable, dependable, affordable and professional HVAC services.

I highly recommend this business. They are professional and provide quality service. They responded quickly to my call when our A/C quit and repaired quickly as well. He explained everything to me step by step and after our A/C unit was operating; he did a complete assessment of our cooling system. We were extremely satisfied with the work performed, speed of service, completeness, and follow-up several days later. This is definitely a 5 star business.

[redacted] is the owner of the company; I believe that makes him much more personally invested in the integrity of his profession and his work. He is honest and trustworthy- we have relied on him a few times for our air conditioning service and maintenance issues, and he has not failed us. He could easily attempt to sell us unecessary parts or equipment, and we would be none the wiser. He does not 'upsell' and we trust him implicitly. Absolutely amazing! We had been without air conditioning from early in the evening Fri pm and when I called on Sat at 8am I received a quick response, and [redacted] was here within an hour. Our compressor was out, and fortunately he was able to get the parts to fix it, and it was up and running by Sat afternoon. I have never had such a quick response from any company -ever. Being that our temperature was going to reach 106 degrees today I was so happy with the outcome. I can't believe the extreme heat he works in every day. Our charges were reasonable and fair, and I am so happy with the results! Arizona Air Experts are the best! I recommend to anyone. Don't use anyone else.

After a bad experience with a service contract with an east valley AC company I called another AC company, Arizona Air Experts(A+ rated and many good reviews on Revdex.com) and [redacted] came out in a few days. First thing he did was put guages on the unit which the other company hadn't done in 3 years. Then I asked him about the capacitor which the other tech said was bad. [redacted] told me if it was bad the outside fan wouldn't run. He then told me the other company had put in the wrong size capacitor which could make the fan go out and could account for the high amp draw, he put the right size in. Later I googled the model number on the motor and confirmed he was correct on the capacitor size. The other company also had wrapped the capacitor in some black goo. [redacted] from Arizona Air Experts said insulating it was not necessary and it could cause the capacitor or fan to fail and covered the identifying numbers saying it was the wrong size. He said the physical size of the capacitor tells the amp rating. After the correct capacitor was put in the amp draw dropped on the fan motor. I was told a lot of techs work off commission which explains the constant parts replacement and repair upsell. I guess they don't make any money onservice calls unless they sell you a part. I am happy with [redacted] and his work ethic and will continue to use him and recommend his company.
