First and foremost, my patient experience here was quite nice The Nurse Practitioner who consulted, diagnosed and treated me was incredible I do believe that she is the primary provider at this practice
My concern is that neither the provider, nor the practice, provided any indication whatsoever of cost before or during the treatment I requested an Allergy Skin Test, but was not provided the cost of the service until I received a bill in the mail
In ANY other business, cost isn't some hidden information If I were to buy an ***, the representative would have provided the price in advance, not bill me in hindsight If I were to have paid a janitorial company to clean my office, the representative would have provided a cost quote in advance, before rendering the service
I feel like I was swindled When I had asked how much, the staffperson said "we'll just bill your insurance company, see what they cover, and you'll be responsible for the rest." That doesn't cut it! Tell me what I am going to owe and how I can pay for it! Nobody deserves to receive a surprise bill for $in the mail
