Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I a requesting this complaint stays on file as this seems to be a business practice which will affect other consumers and may be used to file a class action lawsuit in the future if the billing problems are found to be even more Regards, [redacted] ***
We received the complaint from the patient today 2/27/regarding his account being sent to collectionsWe pulled the Explainaton of Benefits from the insurance company and the amount should of been adjusted to make a zero balanceWe called the outside Collection Agency, they confirmed that his account was pulled from collections activity and his credit was never affected We then called the patientHe was not home at the moment, but shortly he called us back and we told him it was our error and the account has been pulled out of collections and it never effected his creditHe was pleased and we ended the call

Agency, they confirmed that his account was pulled from collections activity and his credit was never affected. We then called the patient. He was not home at the moment, but shortly he called us back and we told him it was our error and the account has been pulled out of collections and it never effected his credit. He was pleased and we ended the call.
