Arizona Antique Shows

I am a dealer that has been doing business with Arizona antiques for about 8 years when we go to a sale (show)for convenience we send our credit card customers to the promo-

ters in charge and for a percentage of the sale they run and accept their credit cards; last show we went in ruido_

so new Mexico, we had a good show and good sales; after th-

ey finish doing their counting, and taking their percentage

of our sales,we ended up with a balance of over 4600.00 on

our favor;the promoter told us that he would send our mon-

ey via a check next day ;we went home and waited for the

check to come but it was not coming;i called the promoters to ask them about the money do to the reason that in order to go to that sale from las vegas we had to borrow money ,because by mistake we spend the money we had for the expenses we had espended a week prior to the show (we made that trip twice)so we borrow some money and we went to the show the week that we were to supposed to go after several calls to the promoters finally sat aug 31 they called me to tell me that they did send the money and they don't know why I have not had received yet I suggested that the cancel the check and make a transfer from their account to mine but she said that it would cost them 20.00

so that I have to wait until 4 days from today do to the fact that that this is memorial day week end and the banks wont open until next Tuesday I try to explain that I am paying 15.00 a day for the money I had borrowed but seems to me like she dint care because she worried about paying 20.00 for a transfer from their account to mine but she dint want to listen to my problem that in a way they had caused willing or unwilling but wouldn't be in this situation if the had send me the remaining of my money when they told me they would; what really surprised me is the lock of sensitivity toward another human being that is not in their position me and my wife are a couple who lives in a fix income and when we go to shows that far from home we most of the time have to borrow money in order to pay for the expenses to make the trip and then we repay back with the money we make on the sales; it is frustrating that they treat us like they don't know us and just turn their backs on us knowing that we are not rich not even middle class we are poor and some times we fall below that bracket that's why we travel and work so hard to be able to pay our bills. I know this might be the last time I did business with them for saying what I am saying but I am just a human being and I surly would like to be treated like they treat the rest of their sellers
