On Saturday November 9th I set up an at home appointment to have my drivers side window repaired by this auto glass company. The installation took about four hours and it was $250. The after care instructions were to not let the window roll up or down for five days. On the 5th day, the window rolled down and came off of the balancer and is unable to roll up or down and is stuck. I called on the 15th and 20th of November and on the 2nd of December requesting a service person come look at it and see if we could fix it. I left three messages and received no call back.
I have gone through our phone logs and not found any missed calls or voicemails from this customer. I have also emailed and left her a voicemail to find out if she has a receipt for the work that the customer is saying was fixed. I have to wait for her to respond to find out if I can issue a refund or what exactly was fixed.
I am barraged with phone calls - unsolicited sales phone calls - by this auto glass repair company in Arizona. I live in Washington state. I have not lived in Arizona since 2012. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from these phone lists. I have opted out multiple times. Today they took it a step further and sent me an advertisement text message. I tried to call them back to AGAIN request that they remove me from this disruptive and possibly illegal practice, but no one answered my call. I don't know how to go about this. And I didn't want to use the form on their website for fear of being added to even more sales leads lists. I get calls from this company and others in the auto glass industry (all from Arizona) several times a week. This text message situation is taking it to another level. I am feeling harassed. Also. It's an insurance claim tactic. It started when I fell for it ages ago and have never been able to get off the lists because I've kept my AZ number. It is incredibly disruptive and deceptive. They call from different numbers all the time.
As we have siezed practice of this type of marketing to date . We apologize for the inconvience this customer may have felt do to our follow up and has sense been removed from our mailing list . Thank you
This company continues to contact me asking if my vehicle needs window repair or tinting. I did business with this company in July 2015 and they did a bad tint job. I returned had them remove the tint and refunded my money. I will not be a repeat customer and over the past5 3 years they keep calling me after I have asked them to remove my contact information. I've blocked the number in the past thru my phone company but blocks expire after a certain time. This harassment needs to stop now!
Hello, As we value any and all customer feedback . We do not recall any customer by the name stated in the above complaint but rather other spam type reviews left on our company mentioning another window tint company as used .
If this individual could furnish some sort of reciept of return or refund of services that we can reference back to have removed from our database we will gladly do so .
But as to date we believe this individual to be reviewing the wrong company or in fact spamming . Thank you
I no longer have the original receipt however I do have my debit card statements which include the transaction purchase and refund as proof I was a previous customer and had conduct business with this company in the past.
