Absolutely LOVE this companyI bought my 05' Toyota Highlander from Ryan back in July 2015, and he could tell I wasn't 100% committed to picking this car but he knew I would love it, so he let me drive the car for a week before signing papers just to make sure I loved it and it was what I wanted (which it was) I love how easy the process was, there was no pressure into buying it, and he was extremely personable and trustingRyan knew I loved the newer highlanders so he got me a amazing deal on my new highlander that I couldn't resistI love that he thought of me first about getting that car and made my trade in possible! I would recommend Arizona Auto Resource anytime! It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I will only go through them

I rarely write reviews!… because they carry more weight than they should with the buying public, and people who regularly review their life events do not understand the sharpness of the sword they swing (with their words) most of the time
So with that being said, last week after we were very well taken care of with a quick & reasonable auto repair through (AAR) Arizona Auto Resource on my daughter’s vehicle which we had purchased from AAR a year previous; Ryan (of AAR) approached me to write a review to help offset what he felt was an unfounded recent negative review and the only one they had ever received :( Some people will write a review out of the frustration or stress of their circumstances, and usually having little overall compassion or a balanced perspective as to the DETAILS of the issue they are in, so they throw a business and their future potential livelihood literally under the bus with a few negative words! These types of unfounded reviews can cause concern to a family owned company like AAR, and to the potential loss of business… so I was compelled to help!
Revdex.com buying public, here is my honest review of Arizona Auto Resource I have known & done business with this family and the owners of AAR for almost years now; that’s of this families generations of quality auto salespeople in Arizona! As auto salespeople, they are “head and shoulders” above anyone in the used car business, with their integrity and character Ryan and his dad Todd are just plain great people to work with and are extremely knowledgeable car people Low key (no pressure) would describe the atmosphere and “Funjoyable” to deal with! If car buying was any better, I’m not sure what it would look like If you are vehicle shopping & meet with them, you will likely buy and never look back to the stress and frustration that car buying can bring ever again I have purchased hundreds, yes hundreds of vehicles in my lifetime for my family and myself, so I know from personal experience what that can look likeand have purchased vehicles from Arizona Auto Resource just in the past years alone I even referred my pastor to them and that should speak volumes to anyone as to the credibility of their dealership Go check them out for your next vehicle; you will be glad that you did! (Not to mention, quick and reasonable vehicle repairs if there needed down the road as well)

If you decide to purchase a vehicle from AAR, I advise you to bring a mechanic to look over every square inch of that vehicle. When I bought mine, everything seemed fine.. until I (yes I, the buyer) tried to take it through emissions. Unbeknownst to me, it is the dealers job to take the vehicle successfully through emissions. AAR failed to do so. When I explained to them that the check engine light was on, they asked me to bring it to the mechanic they use, [redacted] in [redacted]. Long story short, my vehicle is STILL at the shop. I dropped it off almost three weeks ago. Every single time I reach out to AAR or [redacted] I get the same answer, "It will be done tomorrow". Through this entire process, AAR has really shown their true colors. When I bought the vehicle it was all smiles and high fives, now it's unresponsiveness and the constant blame game. It took me practically begging, and AAR over a week to get me a loaner car. The vehicle they gave me was a trade in from the dealership. An uncleaned, unsafe Impala that makes strange noises when I drive over 60mph, has little to no power steering, and smells of cigarettes, vanilla, and urine. If I would've known how negligent AAR is to it's vehicles and it's customers, I would've happily taken my business elsewhere.

I have worked with [redacted] and [redacted] for years. Even after moving out of state I still can't find a more honest trustworthy group of people to do business with. they are the only people I trust in the automotive industry.

I purchased my new-to-me car through AAR late last year (2014). [redacted] found me the exact car I was looking for through an out of state auction. I was a bit nervous about the process purchasing a car sight unseen, but I received a condition report, vin check and pictures. He even sent someone to Vegas to pick it up for me and had it detailed before I picked it up! Don't hesitate to call them if you are looking for a car!

As a customer of Arizona Auto Resource for the last two years I highly recommend their services. I purchased my car from them and every time I need assistance or have any questions, I get a response in a timely manner and they do a wonderful job at addressing everything in the most professional way.

My mother worked with [redacted] and I with [redacted] and [redacted], all of these guys were great to work with. Before being introduced to this company buying and selling vehicles was a terrible process especially being a single woman and as the old cliché goes sorry, but women still get taken advantage of. However with Arizona Auto Resource that was not the case they made things so simple because they do all the work and are very honest/trusting people. All I had to do was tell them what I was interested in potentially purchasing and they made it happen. If your looking to sell or purchase a vehicle this company is the way to go, I would highly recommend them. My mother and I will be using them again in the future.

It was my first time buying a vehicle, not having to deal with a dealership is what made my experience amazing. They were very truthful and made you feel like family! It was the easiest and smoothest experience, from the time I picked up the car all the way to receiving my plates. My next car from here on out will be bought through AAR.

AAR is an amazing company, mostly my whole family has purchased Cars through them. Ryan is so good to both of my daughters who got great Cars from AAR. '07 BMW and '14 jeta both of the cars run extremely great and if anything ever comes up Ryan is there right away. I know and trust that my daughters are safe in their cars and have a good dealership to rely on. Ryan made sure they absolutely loved their cars and knew how to properly take care of the vehicles. We also purchased a Cadillac through AAR and Ryan meet all of our requirements and needs. AAR is a wonderful business and I highly recommend them!
