Company was inefficient in their shippingDriver was to pick up my car in N.Y& transport it to AZDriver COULD Not find the place where the car was being stored, because of his incompetence it cost us another $to deliver the car to himWhen he Finally got to Azhe said the car would be at my house by 2:00pm on SatMay 21----------- he arrived at 8:pmDo not use this service for any reason

Our insurance company hired Arizona Auto Shippers to move our truck from Florida to Maine after an accident The truck was picked up on the 9th of May *** and we were told that it would arrive in Maine approximately days later The 14th came and went and we heard nothing from the shipper despite their assurances that they would keep us apprised as to the delivery date When I got a hold of the driver on the 15th he said that he was in NJ and that no one had shown up to pick up the vehicles he was supposed to deliver so he couldn't leave them without a signature He said he would see me the next day We didn't hear from him the next day We called our insurance company who was finally able to track him down He then said that his car carrier had broken down but he'd see us the next day Of course we didn't see him then and once again he didn't call and no one could get hold of him Ultimately he showed up on the 19th No apology Just more lies from the driver Do not use this company The drivers don't seem to care and the company doesn't communicate at all

When he Finally got to Az. he said the car would be at my house by 2:00pm on Sat. May 21----------- he arrived at 8:45 pm. Do not use this service for any reason

I was sure I would have a complaint, but this guy, this company was awesome!! early delivery and called a few times while on the route. Got a truck from arizonia and had it shipped to ny , not running and tires flat, no brakes and he still got it here for a great price!!! thanks.
