Japanese maple, grinding the stump and replacing it with a similar sized Japanese maple for the price of 1600.00, we also talked about the replacement of several other dead plants (three peris) and (eight junipers) and quoted him a price of 700.00. He agreed to the prices and the scope of the work. I asked for a one half deposit 1150.00 and he agreed to place that amount or, his credit card. The next day we completed the work to his satisfaction, and the remainder was billed to his card. One year after the work was completed he called and demanded a refund.
