I have worked with this guy in the past on behalf of many clients, so I was shocked by his business practices when I hired him to do a small front yard cleanupNOt only did he demand payment upfront, but when I he agreed to about half upfront, he hounded me for two hours while I was at work, until he got his electronic payment! He called times and texted me 6.And because he could not get hold of me, he witheld finishing the work for a day.In the end, when I went to pay the remaining balance of $he tacked on over $and called it a tax! The total was for $250, I gave him $upfront, u do the math.Then he texted me till after at night defending his TAX and not budging from the afeeSUPER POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, the whole experience was sour and made me sickI know this guy, cannot imagine how he treats his other clients!

Well first off Mr. [redacted] is not truthful in what he claims, I never told him he had to eat the cost of the job because he was paid in full before the job even started, I just wanted him to finish the job he was hired for, he told me that I did not tell him I wanted that area done but, after we talked he had told me that he would take care of the job because he would make good on our agreement because his name was on the line.  I even recorded the whole conversation as we had talked face to face the last time he was at my house. Secondly Mr. [redacted] provided me with a second contract that contradicted what our original contract stated and what I had agreed upon.  The first contract showed that I had paid Mr. [redacted] in full for 780 SqFt of pavers, now if you measure out my back yard including the area that Mr. [redacted] had said I never told him about, equals to 780 SqFt exactly, as you can see in the attached contract that I had agreed to and paid Mr. [redacted] in full.  Now if you look at the second contract that Mr. [redacted] gave me he shows he only measured 748 SqFt, so this is the very question I asked Mr. [redacted] "From the first real contract to the second made up contract where did the other 32 SqFt of pavers magically disappear to" that he had listed on the First real contract.  I am also attaching the diagram of all the measurements for my backyard that I provided to Mr. [redacted]. Lastly I let Mr. [redacted] in on all this information and he blatantly disregarded it, all I wanted was for Mr. [redacted] to finish the job he was paid in full to do.  Also Mr. [redacted] I am receiving numerous written statements from other people that you have taken advantage of and there are many.Regards,[redacted]

was not it close but not exact, we relaced the custoemrs before him with the rock we bought and by the time we got to him there is no more. I am going to give him the rock he ordered but it will not be the same blend, He needs ``10 tons to relace his whole fron yard and only paid for 4 tons, I am claiming finacial hardship on this one complain and I am sure you will get some more, I will refund money as it becomes avalible I am now a one man show since this happpend I am in a bad situation for the moment but will make it right

In retort to the alligations. I am [redacted] Proud owner of ABCD Arizona Backyard Creations & design. I totally agree with Mr. [redacted]. When I took the estimate a number of correct measurements was docmented. when the job was finisned Mr. [redacted] stated he wanted area coverage that was...

clearly not incuded in the estimate he stated he clearly told me about it. I might have missed it and I am not denying that It was a calculation error.needless to say he got everything he asked for except the additional 40sq ft an area 5ft by 8ft. he said that it was my calculation mistakes and that I had to eat the additonal cost. that is where the disagreement is. the written agreement has two measuements and he got that. not included 40sqft for an amout. He want me to finish at my cost a mistake that wasnt charged for. I called him back and that Iwould finisn it. if he only paid for Materials and labor that was the amout documented.
