Arizona Bottled Water

This response is in reference to the complaint that was filed against our company. I would like to respond by stating that *** *** is not our customer. We do not have an account under that name. If he is calling on behalf of another person we would need to know on who's
behalf he is calling in for and would need that verified by our customer. We would also like to point out that we are a Bottled water service provider. He will need to contact his insurance company if he has water damageThat's what insurance is for. We would also only be able to refund our client and not him since he is not listed as our customer

I have had bottle water service for two and half months, agreement was 30 dollars a month. I'm getting a bill saying I owe 138.00. Which is clearly not what was agreed upon.
