Response to the Revdex.com Business Complaints Department, On March 27, my company provide services to Mr [redacted] (Wedding) per attached contract Please see the attached Menu spreadsheet all food items where provide, to the customer's complaint regarding the salad was wilted, I dispute that all salad plates that was served were fresh and crisp served with two dressings I am in agreement that the tables did not have salt and pepper shakers, to the fact that all other food items was not as prepared properly and didn't have any taste The remarks and statements that I received from sever guest of his event, reply was everything was excellent and tasted very good The cake complaint that the head table was not served cake at the time that my staff was serving cake no one was setting at the head tableCake was served to his one reserved family table and also in complaint of service, my staff and myself provided excellent service throughout the whole evening, until my service was complete Customer complaint regarding lining napkins that napkins were supposed to be proved provided by Ms [redacted] the wedding decorator, I was suppose to only provide paper napkins for the guest only and she would provide the head table with lining napkins.Regarding charges, I gave Mrand Mrs [redacted] a tremendous discount on the wedding reception and assist in wedding planning, please see the contract? I am not willing to reimburse any part of the charges of the contract Also, forthcoming statements from all four staff members and the hall decorator and facility coordinator If you need any further information please contact me by email, at [redacted]

Customer complaint for resolution please find attached two additional letters and statements as I said previously stated that my company has provided total satisfaction and services at this present time I am willing to reimburse the customer only $within the next Business daysAlso attached is the contract and agreement with Agreement Services ItemizedNo salt and pepper shakersLinen napkins that was not provided to the head table

I am not satisfied with his gross misrepresentation of the facts! And I have more witnesses that are willing to attest to the facts that I stated in my initial complaint. I will not rest on this until justice is served. The head table only got a clumpy ranch dressing and not the dressing he promised, and we never got the homemade rolls that he also promised to provide either. I notice that in the response he left those facts out???? The food and the service was not acceptable by the customer or the guest, when your business is designed around service it should have service.....
