Review: My name is [redacted] and I am a licensed attorney in the state of Arizona. On or about October 12, 2014, I made a deposit for 4 season tickets under the misrepresentation that I would be given season tickets on the lower level. The sales representative's name was [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] assured me that lower lever tickets would be available. Let me make it clear that I would never never never purchase season tickets in the upper level. Recently the sales representative called me and informed me that only upper level seats were available. After I declined those seats he refused to refund my deposit siting Cardinal policy. He then continued to attempt to convince me to purchase upper level seats which I refused.Desired Settlement: I want the Cardinals and Mr. [redacted] to admit his error in promising me lower level tickets and an $800 refund.

Fans are not allowed to bring in e-cigarettes to the games. Unsure why since they are legal and there are smoking sections where other fans are allowed to smoke cigarettes. The other complaint is that there is nothing posted at the game or on their website that states you aren't allowed to bring them in. After waiting in line for over 30 mins in 100 degree weather I found this out and had to leave the security section to go put away my e-cigarette or surrender it to them which was not acceptable because it costs over $100. Because of this it took me an additional hour to leave and return to the game by the time I went through security again. When the costs of tickets are so expensive I lost a lot of valuable time that I would have rather enjoyed at the game I paid to see. It was a very negative experience and I was not happy
