I received your letterWith the number of [redacted] The agreement I had with [redacted] at [redacted] Was to install a concrete driveway [redacted] did not have the funds to pay for the entire projectWe agreed to pour half his driveway, and the frontstoopFor the price of $5,This was for labor and material cost for the projectI have an invoice ofthis agreement [redacted] also has a copy.A couple months later when [redacted] wanted to complete his driveway, my work load was overwhelmingItold [redacted] he would have to wait until I was available [redacted] became overbearingConstantly calling tothe point it was becoming harassment.At this time I told [redacted] to relax and he was next on the scheduleStill he insisted to call nonstopAt thistime I told [redacted] to find a different contractor.There was never a signed contract binding Jw Masonry to pour the second half of the drivewayWefulfilled our contract on the work that was performed [redacted] agreed when he paid upon completion ofthe project.I would recommend [redacted] quits his harassing allegationsOr he will find himself in small claims court forslander of my company.Thank you,
