From the initial inquiry with [redacted], through the appointment scheduling (which was done in separate phone calls on different days), there was never an issue, and all my questions were addressed respectfully. The actual execution of the vent cleaning, by [redacted], was thorough and professional. [redacted] and [redacted] were both personable, informative, and courteous. Most importantly, [redacted] was prompt and explained exactly what he was doing as he was doing it, without leaving a mess behind (he cleaned up after himself and took all debris with him in supplies he brought). Excellent business! Very friendly and professional from the start in setting appointment for services- chimney and dryer vent cleaning. Mike, the technician arrived on time, neat and clean in his appearance and got to work quickly. He discovered a big problem with the dryer vent connection and investigated throughly. Because he could not clean the vent he only charged me for the inspection which was generous and helpful. If only the building contractor had been so professional! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing his or her chimney and dryer vent cleaned. Honest, fair, friendly and locally owned.

I contacted Arizona Chimney Sweep this morning to come install a chimney cap. They gave me an estimate over the phone and said someone would be out approximately 2 1/2 hours later.

The Arizona Chimney Sweep employee arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He told me he would look at the situation and then we could determine which cap to install. He went and got his ladder, and climbed up to look at our chimney. This in itself was a difficult task due to the bushes and foliage around our house. He advised me to go inside so as not to be in the heat, and he'd ring the doorbell when he was through.

Just a few minutes later, he rang the doorbell and advised me that the one chimney missing the cap was a "blank". I looked at him in exactly the same way - a "blank" stare. I'd never heard of a blank chimney. He said they were often used for appearance, but there's only one working chimney and that had a cap. He advised that he could charge me the service fee and the cost of a new chimney cap if I wanted it for aesthetic purposes, but I declined. He said there would be no charge, and I was expecting for him to at least charge the service fee. I then offered him a tip, and he declined. He gave me his business card and said to call if we needed the chimney cleaned, and I certainly will! I'm also in the process of remodeling and will recommend this business to others.

I used AZ Chimney Sweep to clean out my dryer vent which was horribly clogged. The serviceman showed up on time, assessed the issue and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and showed me what he had cleaned out. It's no wonder I didn't have a fire. He even helped with the dryer placement when he was done which was part of my problem. The cast was reasonable and I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use AZ Chimney Sweep again.

If anyone is looking for Dryer vent cleaning, I suggest you use Arizona Chimney, they were very honest, and spent a lot of time cleaning the dryer vent, which was filthy.

These folks were very courteous and professional from the start. My request for a quote was answered during evening hours. They told me of a discount that I had no previous knowledge of, instead of letting me pay full price. Lastly, the gentleman who came had all the right equipment to not leave a spec of dirt behind. Called AZ Chimney on a Saturday afternoon for bird removal from our chimney. Within one hour of my call they were there and within 30 minutes two doves were removed and flew away! Very prompt and professional service. Highly recommend.

We used Arizona Chimney Sweep for our dryer vent cleaning. At first I thought, a chimney sweep company cleaning dryer vents, really ??? We have used other dryer vent cleaning companies and we didn't see much difference in the performance of our dryer. We even went out and bought a new dryer thinking that must be the problem. We were even going to put our dryer in the garage and have a dryer vent installed. My husband was the one that said we haven't had much luck with the dryer vent companies, let's try this chimney sweep company before we go to the extreme of having the dryer moved to the garage. Arizona Chimney Sweep was awesome. We had a very pleasant and hard working young man come out. His name was [redacted]. He blew out our dryer vent, and blew it out, and blew it out. He used this snake like thing and unclogged the vent. As I said we had had other companies do this but [redacted] kept working at it until the clog was totally out. Then he blew it out again, and again. He wanted to be sure it was thoroughly cleaned out. Our dryer hasn't worked this good for 5 years. [redacted] cleaned up everything. He hooked the dryer back up and checked to be sure everything was working perfectly. I would definitely use Arizona Chimney Sweep again.
