I took my vehicle to their location to have them fabricate a custom y tube exhaust to go from the headers back into an existing exhaust systemTotal length was less than 5' of tubing and it took almost months for them to complete thisThey have signs all over outside their building about how they can do this and do that, including custom exhaustI decided to use them being a former servicemen because I passed by seeing their patriotic flag displays from the American flag, to Marine Corp flags, to POW-MIA flags, etcOnce I dropped the vehicle off I called every week or stopped in and it was always one excuse after another excuseI heard quite an array from the weather, was one of the reasons they had not looked at it to they would have it done next week, to every other excuse possibleI do not know which is worse, their service or their audacity to display patriotic items, kind of shameful in my opinionNevertheless, I was just looking to get some work done to my vehicle, just a simple alignment and this company came up in the search engine and I could not just let it goProbably the worst experience I have had with automotive work getting done to one of my vehiclesHopefully your experience is better than mine if you go there

Do not use this shop. They do substandard work and then refuse to answer calls

It is a repair shop in my neighborhood that many of us locals use. I recently had them repair a demolished water pump (it had to be chiseled out) and a starter (that the internet said the best way to reach it was to cut the car in half) in my European car. Work was AOK, price was AOK, done on time, and everybody working there, very very professional. Could not be happier nor more impressed. Very strange to have a great auto repair shop almost within walking distance.
