8/29/2015 [redacted] called to place an appointment stating that she needed a last minute cleaning. We offered her the 31st. We let her know that we require to have a card a file. She stated that she was just going to leave a check with the neighbor and they will hand it...

over to the team. Notes are in the work order. 8/31/2015 One of our teams performed the house cleaning service. The team called the office to see if the owner was going to come back. No one left a check, as [redacted] indicated. After two weeks. [redacted] stopped by again and there was already a tenant living in the home. She took the invoice from [redacted] and said she would give it to [redacted]. Throughout the rest of the year: During the next two weeks, we made several attempts to contact her as she specified that if no one was in the neighbor’s home (but someone was) to give us the check, we should contact her for her Credit Card info. After the two weeks, we called her and notified her that we needed to process payment. She stated that she was getting discharged from the hospital and that she would contact us that same night. She never did. After this incident, we made several more attempts to no avail. The person who responded to us was [redacted], [redacted]’s husband. We notified him, after he denied the charges, saying these charges were not his, that the email was connected to [redacted]’s Twitter Account. He never responded again responded. [redacted] has now stated that the team was paid in cash.  This is not true.  First, there was no check from the neighbor when the team cleaned the home.  Then [redacted] indicated that she would call with her credit card information which she never did.  Next, her husband, [redacted], denied that the charges were his and finally he has indicated that the team was paid cash.  We have cash receipt booklets that the cleaning teams issue when clients pay in cash.

This is the absolute WORST cleaning company to use. DO NOT under any circumstances use them to do any of your residential or commercial cleaning needs. Here is what happened to me:

A little background-we have used Arizona Clean Pros for about 4 months and were fairly satisfied with the job they did. I did notice that the quality went down the longer we used them, but having had cleaning services for many years, that seems to be the trend when it comes to cleaning services-I think they get used to the house and go on auto pilot and do the same thing every week regardless of the condition of the house. That being said, we were satisfied enough to keep using them. We had them come every other week. We were having an outdoor party one week and I asked them to add on cleaning of the outdoor space and a deep cleaning of the kitchen for that week in anticipation of the party. I was told by Alyssa (the scheduler) that the team did not have time to complete it, but if they did get any extra time, they would do it. They didn't end up having the time to complete it, so I did it myself. I requested to have an additional cleaning done in the week in between our regular cleanings, and was told a "different" team would be able to do a full house cleaning later that week. This is where things went south fast.

1. The team was over a half hour late to that appointment.

2. When I came home, nothing was cleaned at all-in fact, my husband and I weren't even sure if they had come at all, the only way we knew they had come was because the key was put back in a different spot under the mat and there was a razor blade on the edge of my countertop in easy reach of my two toddlers. That's right, they carelessly left a razor blade out.

3. My account was charged $119 dollars for the "cleaning"

4. When I wrote Alyssa to find out what happened, she said "There was a misunderstanding about the notes in the work order." Meaning, they had done the deep cleaning on the kitchen and outdoor area and had not touched the rest of the house. Let me tell you-there is absolutely no way anything was cleaned except for possibly the sink was wiped down. There was dried food on the counters, outdoor furniture, and floors.

5. Alyssa apologized and said our regular team would come out the next day and do a cleaning of our home at no charge, since we were charged for who knows what the day before. She also never mentioned the razor blade issue at all. We agreed that that was fine to have our regular team come out and clean the following day.

6. The night before the team was scheduled to come "make it right" by cleaning the house again at no charge, I got an email saying that the supervisor would like to come out and basically make me prove how poorly it was cleaned the day before. They requested that I be there to meet him or her to show them the food that was still dried on everything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Take time out of my work day to meet a supervisor to prove to them that their team did a crappy job?! Also-in the same email she informed me that I would be charged to the cleaning on the parts of the house that were not cleaned when their team "Misunderstood the work order." RIDICULOUS! I did the deep cleaning on everything I wanted before the party and not somehow I am paying for their mistake, I don't think so.

The last and final straw that really put me over the edge is that they left a razor blade on the edge of my countertop, in easy reach of my two toddlers. Alyssa failed to address this ever in her emails, and in my opinion, that is complete careless work and totally inexcusable.

I have cancelled all future appointments with them and recommend that you do not ever use them.

Review: I had my manager hire a cleaning service. The service was paid with cash and I have witness that can testify to that. It seems the company did not receive the cash from their employee. I was told that there would be a paid receipt and I trusted them because I was told they were reputable. I have a tenant living in the house they cleaned and the tenant called me and said they were ringing doorbell and leaving unpaid invoices at the door. They keep harassing her for payment. This is a tenant that didn't hire them. They send me emails through my paypal account I had years ago that I no longer use. This was my daughters account. They need to stop harrassing for a payment they already received payment on. I don't think it is legal to harass someone who isn't responsible for hiring them at the property someone else lives at.Desired Settlement: Please stop contacting me or my old real estate manager for a payment they already received. Please take it up with the supervisor who took the cash and was paid with two witnesses who saw it. I repeatedly asked for invoice and never received one and this is most likely why.
