Thank you for your response to my complaint.  I did not contact Arizona Cold Air to let you know there was a problem with my service because I did feel taken advantage of during my service call.  I felt Arizona Cold Air would not take my case seriously...

if I contacted them.  That is why I filed a claim with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's office after I received a second opinion from another air conditioner company and they found nothing wrong with my air conditioner.  
When the representative from [redacted] was here, he conducted a sniff test of our system and did a visual inspection.  He found no visual oil streaks on the coils and no oil in the drain pan.  His sniff test also produced no results that there was a leak in the system.  I would ask that you provide records of pictures of the oil streaks in our system and also a copy of the sniff test that was done by your technician.  
Your company would benefit financially if I agreed to pay the $1,185 cost of the labor for the repair.  Your response to my complaint proves that I made the right decision in filing my claims.  I still feel Arizona Cold Air is not looking out for their customers.

Ms [redacted] felt we would not take her seriously if she called with concerns about our service. We take all customers seriously. I would had come out personally to reinspect her unit to verify or discredit my technician's diagnoses. We did not take pictures of the oil streaks or do an electronic leak test if oil is present. This was not a normal practice for our company. I have never had an issue like this with any technicians.  I have talked with Chris extensively about this service call. I am unclear how to respond in a manner that will be acceptable to Ms [redacted]. I have had a meeting with all our technician to have them include photos of the presences of oil and results of electronic leak test on all future leak diagnosis.  I appreciate Ms [redacted] bringing her concerns to my attention. It has improved our documentation process on all service calls.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The quote they provided listed the model number of each major piece of equipment, along with its warranty information. The installers showed up on the day and time promised, and completed the installation in less time than estimated. They submitted my warranty papers to the supplier company, and I have received my warranty confirmation from the supplier company. Job well done.

From initial telephone call, to final installation everything went perfectly.

I had an AC problem that needed a complete new unit. I got an estimate from a company my family has been using for years. I was not happy with that and felt that I was being deceived. I got AZ. Cold Air name and number from a friend at work. I had Mark come by and give me an estimate. It was $1900 less than the 1st quote. I hired him on the spot. Was I in for the surprise of my life. Tehy offered to install next day!!! They came out a week later (my request) and did a FANTASTIC, thorough, efficient, FAST, and perfect installation. I was impressed with the team supvr, who explained everything to me from A-Z. Not only was the price within reach but they did a great job. Honest and efficient. What a combination!! Thank you.

I called Arizona Cold Air as my usual contractor would not respond. Excellent service, absolutely no complaints. [redacted] the service person explained everything and was extremely professional. Arizona Cold Air, you now have another customer. I will be calling you again.
