*** *** vehicle was dropped off on 6/17/by her boyfriend who authorized the repairs, upon disassembly of the vehicle hidden damage was found and her insurance company ( ***) and her boyfriend who dropped of the car were contacted to inform them of the new amount! Attached
is a copy of the work order signed by the boyfriend authorizing the shop to do the repairs that *** insurance was paying for and showing the customers responsibility of a dollar deductible The customer also called *** insurance to complain regarding not wanting to pay the deductible and *** insurance and the customers insurance agent explained to the customer that the shop had done nothing wrong as we are required to repair a vehicle to pre-accident condition Regarding the customers complaint regarding the paint chipping, all Arizona Collision Specialist work is guaranteed lifetime thru the shop and in this case also from *** Insurance as we are Direct Repair Facility and we have a contract with them If there is something wrong with the repairs to the customers vehicle and she does not want to bring it back to our shop for repairs all she has to do is contact her insurance company ( ***) and they will have the vehicle repaired and pay for the repairs once they have inspected the vehicle to determine if there are any corrective repairs necessary!

I've had two cars fixed at ACS and have been very pleasantly pleased with both experiences. As soon as you enter their doors someone is there to assist you, followed by a very quick review and quote on your cars issues. Here's the part I like the best, they send you Text or Email updates so you know what's going on with your job all the time. And to top it off the jobs were great and on time. I'd spend the time to check these folks out.
