Review: On December 11, 2014 I contracted with AZ Colors to have them do a design, for a vehicle wrap. As per the agreement I was charged $937.18 which was 50% of the total job upfront. $450 of that was for the total design of the wrap. After the first rendering was completed and sent to me I really wasn't happy with the design at all. I know designers have a certain style, and I knew we were not even close to what I was looking for. The agreement includes up to 5 hours for the total design time, and $85 per hour after that. The total design time for the first rendering should have been about 1.5 hours - 2 hours so far. Generally you get about 3 rendering for a project like this. The agreement had a $300 non-refundable fee,after the design had started. We were so far off what I was looking for I decided to stop right here and take the hit for the $300. for the 2 hours of work.

I sent an email to [redacted] on December 22 informing her I wasn't happy and would like to cancel services at this point. I never received a reply. On December 29, 2014, I called as a follow up to my email and was told she had been out of the office and she would speak to [redacted] (the Owner) and have him call me later that day. I called again on Jan 13, 2015 because I never heard from [redacted] or anyone. Again, I [redacted] told me she had been out for a while and would talk with [redacted] and have him call me today or tomorrow. I called again on Jan. 20, 2015 because I still had never heard back from anyone. Finally she got [redacted] on the phone and he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about or what was going on. We talked about options and he agreed to refund my money. On Jan. 21, I received a partial refund for the amount of $587.18, indicating they were doing me a favor and only taking out $350, of the total design charge of $500 as indicated by the contract. I sent [redacted] an reply to here refund email indicating the contract design charge was only $450, not $500, and the contract also indicates a $300 non refundable fee, not $350, as she had indicated. Please contact me to explain the numbers she came up with. I never received a reply from her, so I called on Jan. 26, 2015 asking about the difference, and [redacted] gave me an attitude and said "The design fee is normally $500. I am not going to argue with you about this, it's not worth it", and then she agreed to refund the $50. difference.

On Feb17, 2015 I again called to find out where the $50 difference was, and why it had not been refunded to me. [redacted] said she had been out for a couple days. I said well it's been over 3 weeks, since you said you were going to refund the money. Its been almost 2 months that I have been trying to resolve this issue and you don't respond, and your excuse every time, is that you have been out. I shouldn't have to call and call and call, because you don't respond once you have taken my money. That's not my fault you don't know what your contracts says, nor is it my fault you didn't refund the money correctly the first time, or the second time. I told her I wanted the money refunded today, and she agreed and hung up on me.

As of today Feb. 24, 2015, the $50. still has not been refunded.
