I have been contacted by Rockwood Clinic about the issues. I coordinated with Rockwood and my insurance company in an attempt to resolve the billing issue. Neither party could explain why the issues occurred, but I was told it should be fixed within hrs. As for the issue with appointment scheduling, I was told the issue was being passed forward to a patient advocate to further investigate the issue. The advocate contacted me and was going to contact the specific clinic in question to see where the issue is with scheduling
