I will NOT be going back there again and I have been going there for as long as I can remember (since I was a kid), and I am years old nowThe management of the office is HORRIBLE and they seem to be going down hill in my opinionMy primary physician is Dr [redacted] but I have not seen him in about years, no exaggeration there because he is always "booked"They are always running behind and you have to wait for over an hour past your appointment time to even be seenThe last time I was in there, the rude "check in lady" tried to tell me that I had never been there before, she couldn't find me in the system, that I was a new patient not an existing, which was hilarious to me because she had just printed out the form for me to sign to make sure all my EXISTING information was correctWhich it wasn't, even after filling it out with current information the previous time I was in there before this appointmentNeedless to say after all of that I didn't even stay for my appointment because I was being told I had to pay a missed appointment fee for an appointment I NEVER missed if I wanted to be seen for my appointmentI refused to pay it, so I was not going to be seen, and she then tells me I was still going to be charged my co-pay for this appointment even though I was not going to be seen, which is quite ridiculous in my opinionThe "check in lady" (I wish I wrote down her name) was rude and needs to be put through customer service training if she is going to be working with the publicThis place is a joke and only continues to declineI have now found myself a new primary physician right up the road who is absolutely amazing!! I should have left this doctors office a long time ago!!!
I read the two reviews about Arizona Community Physicians and they are pretty accurate for any experiences I've had Hard to get an appointment Nurses won't call you back to provide prescription renewals They let my husband wait for days to get information on a referral for a specialist that his doctor had recommended, but never called the specialist For two straight years they neglected to credit my account for my $co-pay, but kept billing me for more money The second year I found I had a negative balance You can be sure that if I owed them money for months it would have been sent to collection The second year I had to call them to say I didn't owe anything because the $copay hadn't been credited I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me, saying they had to discuss it I never heard back This is one of the worst uncaring medical facilities I have ever seen I can see why they are not Revdex.com accredited They don't care about their patients
Poorly run would not suggest you ever see thier doctors as the office staff and managment are inept I have had two occasions where they have utterly failed to let me know that the physician or physicians assistant had left the office in spite of months of sending me to thier voicemails Thier incompetence has nearly had a profound impact on my helth and not in a good way Amber the camp lowell medical "director" is absolutely unable to help correct internal failings and about as compasionate as a rattlesnake Dont go!
Visited office on ETanque Verde on April 28, for a blood drawChecked in minutes early for an 8:30am appointmentAfter sitting in the waiting room until 9:00am, was moved to room for blood pressure and weight checkAfter another minutes (minutes total from appointment start) I had to leave for workThe general atmosphere at this location is a lot of socializing and very little workI called the office manager and received a "I will look into it" and she denied my request to speak with the doctorI then requested a records transfer and this requires another office visit, nothing onlinePoor customer serviceMy impression is your time is meaningless, will be changing doctors immediately
