The resident has paid in full and I this complaint should be dismissed

I am still requesting a refund/credit of the (2) $late fees that I was unfairly assessed, one of which was a harassment tactic on the original $in dispute I only paid the assessed $in late fees to stop their ability to continue harassing me with additional $late fees each month on late fees There was no outstanding service charge balance when they assessed the second $late fee on the original $late fee in dispute
