Because I am not sure if the response originally forwarded several days ago has been received, this is an attempt to do so again.Mr*** has been told that we will gladly repair
the affected area so that he can have his properly functioning kitchen He did not respond to this attempt to make things right.When he approached about receiving $1,for the materials, my response was that we would gladly forward him a payment of $so that the affected area could be repaired [there is nothing wrong with any of the other areas in the kitchen] by someone else, even though the affected area is about 1/the total area of the counters He responded that it was an insult.My offer still stands.Alex H***
