We purchased carpet When installed, the installer left a wide gap on the seam in one of the rooms It was cut incorrectly I called numerous times, finally they said they would have the installer return After a week and a half with no time or date, I called back to follow up Then they asked me if I remembered who my installers name was I left a message and told them no, it was their installer It was an odd question since they had to wait for this guy to be available for that room The carpet was a new product and this guy was trained to install it days later and I still have not received contact

Horrible customer service. Owner will not take responsibility for any thing that goes wrong, blames on vendor, blames on employees and will not try to compensate her customer. She argues and fights back very unprofessional. I would advise not to use this company. A 5 day job we paid for is now going on 3 weeks because of wrong tile ordered, then told to come pick it up, and tile was not there. All the owner can say is it is not her fault.

Review: We made out purchase on 5/18/13 we were supposed to have full install on 5/22 and the job was never complete until 5/24/13 at 8pm. We had to call numerous times to even contact the store. All day Wednesday they promised to complete the job and did not that day. On friday the Tile was layed and upon completion our toilet was left ajar from the base, our baseboards in the bathroom were destroyed and many not re-secured to the wall, and the grout was smeared onto our tile of the shower which was a different color from the flooring. I cannot get a return call or service from the company and do not wish to keep calling them. They also did not glue our transition strips back to the floor in the thresholds.

This company also has your logo on their invoice paper but when searched it says they are under review by you.Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund my money for the product and service that was done incorrectly since I do not trust them to repair what they have done. I also would like to use that money to have another company come out and finish the job.

Review: Purchased 32 boxes of tile. When it was delivered the driver cut the bands and several boxes fell over and we could hear several break. Instructed the driver to let them know what happened and I would let them know how many were broken and how many I would need to replace as I had bought several boxes extra. In all 31 tiles were broken but I needed to replace only 8 to finish the job. When I returned to the store to get the replacement tiles, I asked for 12 so I would have a couple extra I was told by the salesperson I would have to pay for them. I asked to speek to the owner,Marie C[redacted] but she was not in. Tried calling her on her cell, she did not answer so I left a message. The sales person said he could not let me have the tiles without the owners approval, even after I showed him photos of the broken tiles. Because I live in Goodyear I paid for the two boxes of tiles with the understanding Marie would call me to resolve this matter. This was on Friday the 4th of March, called her cell again that afternoon, called again Saturday the 5th and called again today the 7th. Today, I spoke to the salesperson and still no responce. I can supply photos of the tiles that were broken.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the 12 replacement tiles. They can credit my credit card.

Review: I contracted with AZ Discount Flooring to do several jobs. One job was installing backsplash in my kitchen. The job was done wrong. I have called at least five times and did not receive a response. I finally called and got the owner, [redacted] and she told me they were very busy but would get back to me. This was weeks ago and she has not responded. I have paid in full and would like a refund or have her send someone out to fix the backsplash. ThanksDesired Settlement: Finish job or give me a refund.
