This customer is not truthful and has threatened me in writing to go to the news, write bad reviews, report me to Revdex.com etcShe clearly will stop at nothing to attain what she thinks she deserves
Simply stated, she wants her money back for lessons that she canceled or did not honor as
scheduledShe duped a trainer, did not communicate, and canceled on many occasions, lessons that she had booked ,or asked to be held for her
She has E Mailed me at pm at night, as well as all hours that my business is closed, and has made every attempt possible to slander us on yelp, and with your organizationI have trainers, a manager and employees to attest to the fact that she is acting irrationally to get what she wants, but is not entitled to under our agreement
She went against our professional advice regarding training with her aggressive dogShe caused general chaos every time she has opted yet another attempt at recovering her which she had every opportunity to use for the last monthsOur policy is to complete classes wiweeksShe was given months
She was told on multiple occasions that she had credit and she failed to show up for classes Michelle said she would attend. Our policy is stated in writing at the facility and on receipts that classes are non refundable
This is sad that such an individual is given a legitimate forum for such a account of what has occurred.

 She has E Mailed me at 10 pm at night, as well as all hours that my business is closed, and has made every attempt possible to slander us on yelp, and with your organization. I have 3 trainers, a manager and 2 employees to attest to the fact that she is acting irrationally to get what she wants, but is not entitled to under our agreement.

Our policy is to complete classes with-in 8 weeks. She was given 4 months.
