Arizona Driveshaft and Differential

I was warned about using this business. However, was short on time and had vehicle breakdown just down the road from them. As it turned out they were sent my drive shaft from another shop for repair. The wrong parts were used to do the repair. I was unaware of this until they failed and I was back to square one after spending over $650.00. They lied about knowing the wrong parts were initially used and put the proper parts in without authorization from me. At this point they wanted another $650+ for the new repairs stating the initial repair was not warrantied and their failing was due to vehicle abuse. They would not release the vehicle for several days until I came up with the money. They lied, did not warranty their own work, accused me of "vehicle abuse causing the failure, put on the wrong parts and double charge me. I had no choice but to pay as they would not release the vehicle. Beyond upset and am currently speaking to a lawyer.
