Arizona Eagle Air

This company is very Shady. The owner is some sort of drug addict. He showed up at my home high and the only thing he is consistent with is ripping people off. Not to mention they currently do not have a valid license. Buyer beware. all the good people working for this company have gone and I don't blame them.

I was assigned this company to fix our air conditioning unit they said they will go Saturday between noon and 3pm I called at noon to make sure they were coming since I have a new born in the house and been in AZ in summer time the weather it's really bad and super hot. The lady that answer Andrea I belive it's her name, I called 928.225.0987 she said I will call you right back but she never did,I try calling her back but she did not answered and she hung up the phone I try calling from my brother's phone to see if she was just not answering my call from my number and she answered so I called the warranty company to let them know they called her and she/the owner or who ever said they refuse to work with me because I called them too many times. Point is I have a new born and 2 small children and they wear supposed to come fix the air unit and they refused did not answer the phones and we're rude and unprofessional. I will never ever recommend this company ever, they are horrible!
