Hi members of ***,This note is a response to the customers complaint about a roof we built for him that leaksWe have been out to try and get it properly sealed now timesWe were contacted by the customer on Sept 8th to take care of the problem because it was still leakingWe immediately
scheduled our roofer to go out and do more work to determine where the leak is and get it repairedHe was not able to reach the customer by phone to set up a time to fix itHe got busy and after almost weeks this last storm has resulted in a *** complaintI was on the phone with the customer and we are in the process of working with the roof manufacturer and our roofer to get out and get this roof repaired once and for allWe will have another roof repair visit scheduled before the end of this weekLet us know if you have any questions.Regards,*** ***AES###-###-####
