Customer [redacted] is a dishonest buyer who criminally posses my property, never having paid for it.Just as he mentioned in [redacted] complaint he ordered a New KX250F Left radiator for $+ shipping costs on ebay 3/10/I mistakenly sent a NEW KX250F Right radiator (Value $190), shipped 3/11/On 3/15/ [redacted] text messaged & emailed me to inform me that I had sent the incorrect radiatorThe Next business day 3/17/15, I shipped the New KX250F Left radiator along with a return shipping label, USPS Prioirty mail # [redacted] (2-day ship) for [redacted] to return the Right radiator.After a week I began inquiring about the return of the NEW KX250F Right radiator (Value $190)I made over a dozen attempts to contact [redacted] via Phone (left several voicemail messages), Text, Email & Ebay Messages [redacted] never answered his phone or returned any of my messagesI contacted Ebay to see if they could interveneA few days later [redacted] finally answered his phone telling me that he had attempted to return the radiator using my return shipping label but that the radiator ended up coming back to his address(This a a blatant lie as you can check the tracking & see that it was not shipped) [redacted] told me to provide him my shipping address & he would attempt to ship it again within a day or twoI again provided my name & shipping address & asked that he provide me the tracking information when he shipped it.Several days later I had no package & no tracking informationI made a dozen more attempts to contact [redacted] , Phone, text, email & ebay messaging with no response to any of themI also sent several paypal invoices for the NEW KX250F Right radiator (Value $190) stating in the terms that [redacted] either pay the invoice or return the radiatorAll to no avail as [redacted] did not pay the invoice & made no attempt to contact me.At this point I sent [redacted] a text message informing him that if I did not either have the invoice paid or send proof of shipment (tracking information) for the NEW KX250F Right radiator that I was going to file a complaint with ICInternet crime center To this he responded in a text message that he would return the radiator within a few daysAgain I asked for tracking information, & again [redacted] never provided any & continued to ignore my continued attempts to contact him.Based on [redacted] 's dishonesty & lack of payment or return of product I opened a internet crime complaint against [redacted] with the FBI via IC3.govThen 4/20/I received a package from [redacted] , it was some used bent up radiator from who knows what motorcycle but it is definitely not the NEW KX250F Right radiator I sent to [redacted] I have pictures of the box & its contents.The tracking number on the package I received was USPS # [redacted] This is the original return shipping label I put in the box with the New KX250F Left radiator I shipped back on 3/17/15.So [redacted] clearly lied to me when he told me he had attempted to ship the package back to me but that it ended up coming back to his address as clearly proven by the tracking number data[redacted] still has my NEW KX250F Right radiator (Value $190) that he now criminally posses & needs to either pay for or returnI will continue to send paypal invoices until I either receive payment or my radiator back.Regards, [redacted] PowersportsWCounty Road OWatertown WI 53098262-224-cell/text

The Next business day 3/17/15, I shipped the New 2014 KX250F Left radiator along with a return shipping label, USPS Prioirty mail # [redacted] (2-day ship) for [redacted] to return the Right radiator.After a week I began inquiring about the return of the NEW 2014 KX250F Right radiator (Value $190).
