Arizona Event Center

I was very excited to check out arizona event center,my boyfriend got some tickets for usWhen I called to get information about what events or shows they had for that day, I was very upset how the person who answered the phone spoke to me(Later I found out his name was wayne) I was very upset how he talked to me,was very short with the details and was super rude and unprofessional.I asked for his name and wouldn't give to himI was so frustrated I hunguoIt was the worst experience I dont recommend anyone going thereIf they are so disrespectful over the phone I can just imagine how the service isI didnt get a apologize either

Great venue and fantastic acts! Great food and drink prices as wellHighly recommend them!! People were very nice and helpful with seating arrangements!

This Customer was less than honest at first and said she was not notifiedThere was a sign on the door that clearly stated that there was an electrical fire and tickets would be honored for the next show which was in October or another showEmails were sent and even a posting on social media

She then claimed she was to busy to attend because she was traveling for the next showShe waited over two months to ask for a refund, which is ridiculousI have a text from her that clearly shows she was not being honest about the whole series of events.No one could have been notified in such a short period of time about a fireNo refund will be made because of the inconsistency of her storyWe offered free tickets to another event on top of honoring the current tickets as well! It clearly states on the tickets no refunds or exchangesThis was an act of God and no fault of our ownWe have had many people use the tickets from that show and use the free ones we gave them as well

I have a text from her that clearly shows she was not being honest about the whole series of events.No one could have been notified in such a short period of time about a fire. No refund will be made because  of the inconsistency of her story. We offered free tickets to another event on top of honoring the current tickets as well! It clearly states on the tickets no refunds or exchanges. This was an act of God and no fault of our own.
