We received a call from the customer yesterday disputing the balance. The balance that was in question of $ 75.00 was written off on 1-7-2015 and services cancelled. If you need any additional information please feel free to contact me.[redacted]

We were given a written service agreement on 11/8/13 by a 20+ years service Inspector and paid $125 installation fee to start service at $50 a Month. The service advisor than called us a day before service would begin and informed us that the Manager ([redacted]) instructed him to call my wife and tell her that the bid would not be honored and to get another $20 a Month. My complaint is that I feel we were price gouged and that the initial bid was meant to get their hooks in us and then simply bump up the price and we would not say anything. I contacted Arizona Exterminating and requested to speak to customer service and I was transferred to Mr [redacted]. I explained everything to him and that I was attempting to place my complaint with someone in the executive ranks of the company. I also indicated that I would let the owner [redacted] know and thought he would be concerned to hear this unethical practice was occurring. Mr. [redacted] told me to call [redacted] if I wanted to and that no one else could help me. He continues to say that the service contract was not approved until he said so and signed the contract. Whatever occurs, so be it. This company is not honest and is mis-leading with it's pricing agreements. Best Regards. [redacted]

Called and reported bees and the problem was resolved in under an hour! thank you to Chris H[redacted] in the office and the tech Ryan R[redacted] for the quick turn around time.

I had Arizona Exterminating drill and treat my house in 2008 and then agreed to the continual service argeement to keep what I thought was the warranty in tact for the termite treatment. However in december of 2012 I had termintes in my home again. They were treated with foam in my wall per thier tec. 6 months later I have more termites in my home and they are telling my that it needs to be drilled and treated again and I need to pay them $900. When I asked about the warrenty I was told that it really only lasts 3 years and then starts to break down. So everyone out there be aware that their warranty IS NO GOOD and they dont stand behind their work!!!! Never ues this Company!!! Arizona Exterminating will rip you off too!!!!

Review: I have been repeatedly billed and threatened with collection for a service that was never performed. the date in question is Oct 10, 2014, and my husband was admitted to the hospital at 4 AM that morning. When I first started with this service, I did so due to their employee, [redacted], who explained to me that company policy dictated that the homeowner must be home or service would NOT be performed. When I first received the billing, I called, explained that we were not home, and that the back gate was locked, therefore, the service could not have been performed even if they violated their own policy. I also cancelled service with this company as they had let [redacted] go and he was the reason we chose this company. I continued to receive billings, and called again, this time speaking with [redacted] (not sure on last name, as it's difficult to read) who maintained he had climbed over the back gate, and if he didn't he would have left a receipt requesting that we call to complete the service. I told him I wanted a copy of this receipt for review. I had to call an additional three times, but before I received it, I wrote a letter stating I wanted a description of the dog in the back yard. The receipt I finally received is signed in a script that is clearly not mine. I am unable to resolve this on my own. My husband is terminally ill with cancer, and I do NOT have the energy to continually deal with a company who is not interested in actually checking up on the integrity of their employee. In the event you do NOT get supporting documents, I am having a problem with your site, I get an error message each time I try to upload. I will try again, if it fails, I will send this without, and can provide them when you request themDesired Settlement: I would like this billing reversed and a written apology for the continual harassment I have received despite my attempts to resolve this issue. I have received NO response to my letter, but had to again call requesting the receipt. Altho they insisted they had mailed them previously, oddly, I only received threatening letters. I do NOT want this bogus bill reported on my credit rating.

Review: Aug. 20, 2013 AZ Exterminating contracted for $1310 to control termite infestation. Its crew allegedly treated the soil perimeter of our home and inserted canisters it calls Sentricon stations. The crew thoroughly inspected our home interior and exterior. They made a note of minor prior infestation that was no longer active but nowhere near the current area of infestation.

This past week I went into my closet for a book and discovered MASSIVE termite damage. My entire Navy Judge's Library valued at $1500 has been ruined as well as damage to walls and base boards. I called the exterminator and two men came out, saw the damage, took my destroyed books away, punctured a hole in the exterior wall of my home and claimed to treat an area of the stem wall. The company did not live up to their responsibility. Our contract called for two annual inspections and this was never done. Perhaps damage could have been mitigated had they inspected as paid for.

I called AZ Exterminating twice to discuss this issue with them and was advised someone would get back to me---however they have not.

After contacting two other exterminating companies, both agreed: 1. the Sentricon canisters were insufficient (required DOUBLE the number placed and 2. the bait inside was moldy and useless. AZ Exterminating has the gall to send me a renewal contract for next year asking for $300 prepayment.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a cancellation of any agreement I have with Arizona Exterminating Co. and acknowledgement of failure of performance, refund of all payments made to them( $1310) and replacement cost ($1500) for my Navy books that were destroyed by the termites and $800 for cleanup and renovation of the damages area totaling $3610. I will waive damages for pain and suffering, emotional distress and the inconvenience if there is agreement by AZ Exterminating to pay these damages.

[redacted] has several allegations that have been addressed by Arizona Exterminating. Arizona Exterminating is more than willing to satisfy all customers and complete our task as we strive for perfection in pest elimination and this case is no different . After several calls to Mr. [redacted] we want to assure that Mr. [redacted] is satisfied on all levels and at this point we have decided to refund his original agreement amount per his request of$ 1310.00. Arizona Exterminating has established a reputation in the industry based on delivery of service and we are willing to do all that we can here. As a company we strive to complete our service in a professional manor and have offered our industry solution. We were asked by Mr. [redacted]'s wife to dispose of some books for her that is alleged in the Revdex.com letter; the books had pre-existing damage. Also upon our return to inspect the property the Sentricon bait stations are no longer in the ground. The Sentricon stations have been removed by the home owner, also the more mildew on the bait the more active and effective it becomes but they must stay in the ground. Also upon our inspection it appears that either Mr. [redacted] or someone he has hired came out and did some recent soil trench or some type of landscape grading and that is a void as per our agreement.

At this point in time it is our finding that we are willing to take all measures to assure customer satisfaction. Arizona Exterminating has done inspections and retreats and at this point we feel that we have more than met our contractual obligations and we are willing to refund the original amount.

Review: We had a bedbeg problem,so we called Arizona Exterminating. We set up an appointment for an inspection by [redacted] . He came and said we had bedbugs. We set an appointment for the treatment on 4/28/2014. First we had to empty all clothing from drawers and closets and re-wash and dry on high heat. The tech came, named [redacted] ,and he treated our bedroom with some kind of spray that was explained that they would crawl thru it and it would get on them and kill them. we slept in the room for only 2 nights still getting bites so for over a week we didn't sleep in the room, and called them to come back out. which they did on may 9th. alexander, and tim both came out and looked finding one dead bug saying it must be working. we were leaving town so it would be 3 nights before my wife would go to bed early slepping in the bed. With in 3hrs she was so badly attacked with over 50 bites just on her arms alone. We called first thing the next morning explained what had happened, they were saying they would have to discuss with others what to do. they called back and said [redacted] would come back out saturday morning. he was suppose to come at 10am but din't show up til after 12pm. [redacted] did stop by only to explain that they could only use the spray once and they could not spray again, and he would have a supervisor call us that day. No supervisor called us that day, we had explained we were very up set and we thought we wanted some drastic measures taken, or our money back. By Monday I was calling supervisors chris, or tim would not call us so I called the office and told them of our situation and NO ONE would respond to our calls and messages. So finally we recieved a call back a couple of days later and chris the supervisor and [redacted] the teck came out after demanding my money, or solve the situation. they brought these blue boxs out and put them in the corners of our bedroom and explained they would attrack the begbugs and trap them inside. This would tell them where there were coming from and if we were infested or not, saying they would stay there for another week. they were suppose to come back after a week to check them, but that was the last time we ever saw, or heard from them again. they didn't respond to our calls, or even come back out like they said to check on them. after 2 weeks of NO response we decided to open the boxs, just to find no bugs in them but yet we still had bedbugs. By this time my wife did alot of resreach herself and after one weekend of doing a couple of different things we managed to get rid of them ourselves, at a cost of only $40. We did decided to get rid of our mattresses just in case and buy new ones, even though [redacted] assured me l would not have to get rid of our mattress. The lack of response to our calls and pleas, and the lack of even doing anything at all for us, costing of over 4 weeks of sleeping in another room, as well as all the itching, painful bites, we just will never use these exterminating company again and wouldn't recomend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: I want my money back they were very quick to take our money on the first visit, but were slow to respond, or call back when they found their spray and plan didn't work at all. We both work and had to make arrangments with our jobs to be home, to accomidate their schedule even to the hour of 6:30 am (Twice) and they didn't come.

Regarding complaint [redacted] - [redacted]

The bed bug situation has been resolved. The [redacted] family have said that the bed bugs are gone and they seek no further recourse as we offered to extend our service to assure satisfaction.

I had been a customer with AZ Exterminating since 2005. I am in AZ part time and have requested invoices be mailed to another state. I have repeatedly asked that invoices are not left at the service address. The March 2014 invoice was never mailed to me. The company did not contact me when they did not receive a payment. Instead they closed my account and submitted my $95 invoice to a collection agency. I asked to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor would not come to the phone. I was told to call the collection agency. Obviously I am not a valued customer and I will be calling another company for pest control.

Review: Hired them to eliminate bed bugs, left by old roommate @ $850 in Dec. 2014. In January 2015 the bed bugs traveled across the hall to my bedroom, so another $750 will be charged. The rep, [redacted] said 30 day warranty & I had to take all my clothes, bedding etc & run through dryer for 45 min & bag them, remove cats & myself from home as they'd be there w/HEATERS to heat the house for 4-6 hrs. He said I didn't have to break down my waterbed. So when I vacated my home I gave them my cell # so they could call if questions (I was at my neighbors w/my cats, only across the property. After 5 hrs. I went to my home, ONLY TO FIND MY BEDROOM NOT BEING HEATED (as the heater was sitting in the spare bathroom/unplugged & not being used!) I was so upset - asked the LAME CREW why they didn't call me & they got mad because I was upset - they would have gotten away w/not processing what I had paid for! SO, they had to come back the next week AGAIN, and I called [redacted] and requested another crew (as the crew were unprofessional & disrespectful). NO, they sent the same crew again, yet my house was left OPEN downstairs, they sat one of the heaters atop of my office chair pad, which almost melted, it also ruined my hydrolic office chair, my computer tower was eventually ruined, my land line phone had to be replaced, damaged Poinsetta on patio, hose left out front from my back patio and they told me: "the bed bug eggs will hatch in 30 days" - SO WHY GIVE ME A 30 DAY WARRANTY? I still have bed bugs and they want to charge me another $950!!!Desired Settlement: The General Manager called me as I was so upset with the crew and the rep, [redacted]' unprofessional and lame attitudes. They took my office chair & had hydrolics put back into it so it works again, but the other items I listed were not replaced and I asked him to not charge me 100% of the bill - so he cut it in half...YET, I still have bed bugs and I even have them in baggies for proof. This stress of living in 'fear' of being bit during the night has gone on way too long - my bed sheets have blood stains on them where I've been bitten over the past 10 months and this is totally unacceptable! I've lived in my home for 23 years and have NEVER had bed bugs or even seen one, until last December. Please help me in getting some relief...
