Waiting would have resulted in a late fee for $50 from my landlord, as they are not responsible for lost, stolen or checks never sent. However, I will still require tracking information proving the check was sent for legal purposes as I do not trust AZFCU anymore as the check could have never been sent and/or unlawful fee charged to me. I need to protect myself and other members who trust the bank to handle our money in an appropriate manner. Please provide all tracking information that proves  the [redacted] had received the check and was in route. As of today 4/11/2016 the check has not been received which points to never being sent. This manner could be resolved quickly once I receive my fee back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

First of all, I cannot find any such "clause" in my contract. Putting that aside, it is now 12/29 and I have not recieved my title yet, when according to their letter they processed it on 12/13. I have not moved our changed any of my contact information that they have on file.

The negative balance has since been paid and on December 13, 2013, a lien release was processed. Arizona Federal Offers me ID-Protection, Online/Mobile services, budgeting tools, Shared branching and now credit consultation's. Taking advantage of the Credit consultation taught me so much about credit that I did not know. For example my personal score, Income to Debt, and items I did not know even existed. My Financial consultant even gave me constructive advise how to improve my score. What surprised me the most was they asked me what my goals are and even followed up as they as promised to see how I was doing in achieving my financial goals.
