To Whom It May Concern: Please see the following as it relates to the complaint that was received. 1.  This Vehicle was sold more than 7 months ago in October 2015. When the vehicle was sold it was clear of any substantial damage and nothing of...

this sort has been communicated to us by the buyer. We provide a standard 30 day guarantee on all of our vehicles and we work with any buyer within that time frame to address any concerns they may have. This is the first time being contacted indirectly via Revdex.com.2.  Customer arranged to have their own vehicle shipped and at the time of shipping we were given a bill of lading by the shipping company that picked up the car which was free and clear of any dings, dents, or scratches. Copy of that document is attached for review.3.  When buyer received the vehicle they contacted us regarding a concern with the Bluetooth. Customer stated that the vehicle doesn't have a Bluetooth even though the radio indicates the vehicle does have "Hand-free telephone" logo on top left of the stereo, which is standard for a Bluetooth.  A copy of the vehicle's stereo is attached. In the interest of resolving this issue to the buyer’s satisfaction, the buyer decided to keep the vehicle provided we can get a 2nd key for them which we did and shipped to the buyer. Thanks, Abdo

1. When I filed the complaint, it had been 5 months, not 7 months.  There was never, ever any communication regarding a 30 guarantee, that is absurd. It was not clear of substantial damage, as I have the Autocheck car report that clearly states the dealer bought it from the auction with "structural damage" and "frame damage" 2. As I mentioned in my complaint, I have yet to receive the paperwork from the dealer where it indicates the damage/or dents (if any) on the car.  I had asked for this document before, and all I received was the same paper (below) that indicates none of that.  The dealer told me he had it, and he sent me the same paper, if you look at the paper (he attached) there is nothing on there that says if there are/or not any dents/dings. 3. The advertisement of the car, said it had Bluetooth.  I am not talking about a logo.  The dealer confirmed to me over the phone "Oh, sorry - I thought it had Bluetooth" and told me was going to look into getting the part for me, and I never heard back from him.  Additionaly, him sending me the second key, was not a resolution to the car not having Bluetooth, he should have sent me both keys in the first place! To whom it may Concern: As stated in previous communication this car came with a 30-day guarantee.  Any issues beyond this would be responsibility of the customer.   If customer is no longer interested in keeping the vehicle Arizona Fine Cars  is more than willing to buy it form the customer pending a inspection and current market pricing with mileage and condition being taken into consideration.  Thanks, Abdo
