On Thursday, June 4th, 2020 we came home to a flooded home due to the toilet water supply hose breaking. I called Arizona Fire and Water to come and do the cleanup. Their reviews seemed rather good. Although we had to relocate to a hotel for the next five days, we felt confident that they would do a good job. We handed over a set of keys for them to use. They told us that they would be using a lock box on our house. On Saturday morning I returned home to pick something up and I had forgotten my keys at the hotel. I called my partner to tell him to call AZ Fire & Water to get the lock box code so that I could get in. To my surprise, they had not locked our home and I was able to enter without my keys. Anyone could have walked right into our home once they were gone. We informed them of their HUGE oversight as well. Upon entering I noticed items missing as well as damaged. They did inform us of damaging our bookcase which was unrepairable, but they did not inform us of other damage.
Once payment came due our insurance company requested verification for overcharged services and materials. AZ Fire & Water would not comply. This information was requested at least three times. Every time they did not respond. One of the fees was for HAZMAT PPE. We were at our home for a few hours before we left for our hotel on that Thursday and did not see one employee of AZ Fire & Water doffing HAZMAT PPE. I work in an industry in which I knows what this is. Jeans and shirts are NOT PPE.
Once they determined that our insurance company would not pay the $1500 overcharges, they came after us for payment. We told them that they had the chance to get paid. They threatened a lien on our home. I expressed that if they tried to do that, we have enough evidence to defend ourselves in court. I had to file a police report for my missing items as well, as they are valuable and very sentimental. They have not to this day replaced our damaged items or compensated us for the items that came up missing.
I would NOT recommend this company.

We have never dealt with Arizona Fire and Water before and I have to say they were very good The workers were very polite and cleaned up after they were done The worker most impressive to me was Darren If Darren didn't know the answer to any of our questions he made sure he got me the answer before he left I would recommend them to anyone

This company was called when our daughter had a lot of water in the upstairs condo in Paradise City and two men from Arizona Fire and Water Restoration responded We had started vacuuming up water as the carpet was extremely soaked as well as standing water in the bath room and kitchen The two men only brought in fans and a dehumidifier and no matter what I said the guy in charge apparently did not have a shop vac to continue vacuuming up the abundant water They pulled up the carpet several days later and it took approximately days before they left and the repair contractor found saturated area under the kitchen sink and tile I have called and written a letter to the owner, MrBook, but he will not call me back If they would have vacuumed up the water as we were doing it would have been dried out in two days Terrible service and no followup That company should not be in business based on how they operated on the condo!

A few weeks ago I would have recommended AZ fire and water to everyone I knowAs of today I wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemyVery poor work doneWorkers used my husbands tools and ladder with out askingThey unplugged stuff in my garage so they could plug in there phones and tabletsThey didnt match the baseboards nor the casingsThey were also installed poorlyPaint didn't match on walls nor ceilings, plus painting looked like it had been done by my year oldI am still waiting on the carpets no call or no show so far today when they were supposed to be here around 7AMSpeaking of carpet, the padding was not installed properly therefore when you walk into the bathroom the edges of the tile slice the bottom of your foot
When they were installing the drywall, my husband asked the workers if they put insulation in different times and they said yes, they did but only in part of the wall not the entire wallThe carpet has had to be repaired and stretched so many ti

We went back to the home on many occasions to complete work that was needed, to satisfy customer.We did realize that the job did not go perfect so we gave them $1,for customer service.Once we gave them the $1,that we all agreed too, that is when they filed this complaintI do not

Arizona Fire and Water Restoration was great. We needed them for water damage. They came within about 45 minutes after calling them at 4:30 AM. They were very professional. They had to tear out carpeting and dry wall. They had to really work at drying out the dry wall behind a tiled shower. State Farm wouldn't authorize tearing down the shower. AFW tried twice to get State Farm to authorize it. I'm going to write a complaint about State Farm. I would highly recommend Arizona Fire and Water Restoration.

I recently had a water leak in my basement bathroom. The water totally flooded out my basement which caused me have lots of contents affected. Arizona Fire & Water Restoration came in gave me a fair estimate to restore me back to pre loss condition and created an easy to follow Non-salvage list making it extremely easy to collaborate with my insurance company. They also cleaned my area rugs!! I highly recommend this company!

Arizona Fire & Water Restoration saved the day for me. After suffering a water loss in my bathroom, I called another company who did nothing. The insurance company referred me to them, and immediately they came in to begin cleaning up, removing damage, and putting me back to where I was before. If ever I needed work done for anything related to cleaning up a water mess, they would be the first and only company to call. Professional, clean and responsible. Thanks to them my bathroom looks better then ever.
