I went in to get a quote for some hardwood flooring I was introduced to the owner by salesperson Lisa, and the owner assured me he'd take great care of us Lisa came out to my house and measured, then sent me a quote I asked her a couple of questions and she assured me the price was correct for the dimensions I needed I went in to order, and she said the price would now be higher I agreed and paid the quote in full Lisa then informed me that the price would now be over $higher I told her we had a contract and that she needed to deliver the goods at the paid-for price She said all she could do was refund my money, which she didI asked the owner for a refund of the difference that he quoted me over what I paid at another establishment He refused and has been very belligerent both on the phone and in correspondence I would highly recommend going elsewhere for flooring needs

We had wood tile installed by Arizona Flooring Direct. They installed chipped tile that is uneven and has a heavy grout haze. We filed a complaint with the ROC, the ROC inspected the job and contacted the flooring company to fix the work. The flooring company will not even respond to the ROC. They have been very dishonest. We have since found out that other complaints have been filed against them with no response. Do your homework before you hire a company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Review: I have a five-page summary of details but I hired AZ Flooring Direct to remove and reinstall flooring in my condo. The work was poorly performed resulting in months of delays and rework, along with $1,000 in emergency plumbing repairs. (Plumbing repairs were due to incorrect removal of a toilet and reinstallation on uneven tile). Photos and invoices were sent to the Sales Manager, Steve K[redacted]

On Tuesday, November 17, I was told by the owner, Scott, that I would receive a refund of at least $2,000. That was the last communication with AZ Flooring Direct. I have subsequently tried to contact them on 11/29 (text to owner), 12/16 (voicemail to owner) and 12/31 (voicemail to owner's office and mobile, and a voicemail at the store for Steve K[redacted]Desired Settlement: The total job, which I promptly paid, was approximately $17,000. I am requesting a $7,000 refund to compensate for damage and a project that has been ongoing since August 2015. I have had to miss numerous days from work and incurred additional expense because of the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, insufficient quality of work, and poor overall result.
