Terrible tile installersThey were responsible for removal of ceramic tile and installation of porcelain tileThey tried to install the new tile over the old thin set they failed to completely removeAny tile installer will tell you, you must have a smooth surface to lay tile onOtherwise you risk uneven tiles, hollow spots and crackingThey laid close to 1,sq ft before I saw what they were doingThe company rep agreed that was wrong and had the installers remove it allThey had to replace all of the new tile and thin set they usedDuring the 2nd removal process, their worker ripped off a piece of my laminate counter and did not tell meOnce I saw this (I have before and after photos) I showed the owner of the company and he promised to take care of itDuring this time, I demanded a new crew The new crew did great at finishing the removalThe installation is 3/starsI also caught one of their underaged workers drinking my GIN on my wireless cameraIn the end I have

We purchased Wall Tile (Back Splash) and Trimming to be placed on a wall in our Company Shop in March Arizona Floors came out to install the Material a few weeks after the purchaseThey did a sloppy jobThe Tiles were not aligned evenly also the trimming was white and that is not what we ordered it did not match the Dark Greyish Wall TilesWe had them remove the trimming and redo the entire section to get a even alignment of the tilesIt took about two months for them to come back and get the material removedThey finally came back in June and replaced the Wall Tile with new material although they did not bring the matching TrimmingsI have called several times to the business and can not get through to the ownerThey have not returned my callsLast I heard from them was that they had ordered the Trimmings and would come out to install themThis was over a month agoIt has now been months or so and the work was left uncompletedI am very unsatisfied with their servic

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we receivedThere were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the productWe could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona floorsWe made the right choice!

This complaint is resolved and customer is very happy now. Robert Borgerson Arizona Floors

This business did not meet our expectations and we would never recommend it to anyone. Our new kitchen backsplash used both subway tiles and glass tile. At the time of purchase we discussed using an underlayment for the glass tile since it was "thinner". That did not happen for the FIRST installation and as a result the glass tile was wavy and very uneven. In addition, the installers cleaned/sprayed grout on the front saltillo patio and our recently painted patio walls. The sales rep and owner agreed to replace the glass tile and clean up the mess on the patio. The SECOND installation was slightly improved but the installers still did not use an underlayment. The installers reluctantly cleaned up all grout residue on the front patio. After showing the POOR quality backsplash to another contractor we again asked for the owner and sales rep to come out to examine the workmanship. They agreed to a THIRD backsplash installation. The installers arrived without grout and were unable to easily recognize the wavy/crooked tiles. I decided to not take another risk with this company until I spoke with the owner of the company. As a result of this experience, the company refunded me the total cost of the backsplash products and installation if I removed my comments from [redacted]. I will send email pictures of their work to anyone who requests. This company has poor business practices and should not be installing tile backsplash.

Review: I have successfully used the Revdex.com many times to find a trustworthy business who provides excellent products and service. This is my first complaint, and is due to poor tile installation and the incorrect grout color. I specified it be as dark as possible in coordination with the tile. It is nearly white and should have been brownish. The tile was laid hastily and roughly which broke many edges of the tile. I was advised porcelain tile is stronger than ceramic which is why I chose porcelain. I talked with the company and was told that hardware stores sell grout stain and seal. I spent $50.00 for this product and countless hours painting it on the grout. It is tiresome work on hands and knees, requiring patience, technique, and loads of paper towels to wipe up excess. While staining the grout,I discovered numerous chips in the tile.Needless to say,I am disappointed and upset.Desired Settlement: The least the company can do is apologize for the mistake and not offering to stain the grout. I think they should hire a new installer. I would like to be reimbursed for the price of the grout stain which is $50.00.

This company is by far the best company I have used for flooring. They were very professional and kind. The prices were perfect and the selection was phenomenal for both carpet and tile. The men who installed the carpet and tile were very helpful and moved all of my appliances and furniture in order to place the tile. I was very pleased with the service and the prices. The tile I got is definitely built to last, but if I ever do upgrade I will surely use this company again. I love that the prices are right and that I am supporting a locally based company.

I recently had Arizona Floors do several projects in my house and had a terrific experience. One crew removed about 800 sq ft of tile and replaced it with a wood laminate. Another crew installed tile in two bathrooms and completely rebuilt the shower in my master bathroom. And finally, a third crew installed granite countertops throughout my house - kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room.

The crews were courteous and the results are beautiful. [redacted] pulled the whole thing together and he was great to work with - very knowledgeable and cared about doing a good job. I got quotes for all of this work from several other companies and AZ floors was very competitive.
