On 11/30/16 Arizona Foundation Solutions repaired, patched and blew out a large portion of the stem wall on my home. All my dealings with this company were positive. All the personnel I dealt with were courteous and professional. They finished the job in one full day and came exactly when they said they would. Foundation work is costly, but I would highly recommend this company.

Following the engineering evaluation that was professionally handled, Ruben, our salesman, did more than make the sale on jacking the slab foundation, he coordinated addressing our concerns regarding the permit inspection after the work was done, which was resolved by Frank. Ruben also made sure we received applicable discounts, which the work crew had not been informed of.

AZ Foundation Solutions are professional and do a great job. From Sales to Permitting to Scheduling to Install, the entire team made sure I was informed. Brian Patrick took care of my sale and financing. David O[redacted] managed the site repair well and made secondary repairs as a result of the new leveling of my foundation. Highly recommend to preserve your home investment.

[redacted] and his crew were very punctual and professional. He and his crew did a great job of repairing our foundation and instilled in us a huge amount of confidence in what was a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a foundation repair.

My 30 year old home had piers that needed repairs and the home needed leveling up. They showed up on time for the bid inspection, and had a rapid follow up with the quote. When the time came (the first time) for the work to be done no one showed. When I called to question why I was told there were permit obtaining issues. Once they came back out and took additional measurements and obtained the permit they showed up at the scheduled appointment time. Even though (due to unforeseen issues) they took a day longer than planned, the work they did was excellent with the pier replacement and home leveling and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

I had a leak after the heavy rains in Sept. They were very helpful and professional. Kept me updated on status and were careful to make sure that I understood the problem and the work that would be required. Completed the job in the estimated time frame, and did a good job cleaning up. Probably will not know if the problem was fixed unless we get another freak rain storm.

I talked with three companies before choosing Az.Foundation Solutions. They were the lowest bidder and more importantly I believed they had the correct solution and didn't try to add on work to raise the price. The work was done when they said it would be done, and was done in a professional manner. I would recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.

I called this company and they came out and looked at our foundation. We set up and appointment for an engineering report with they failed to show up and had to reschedule after I called to ask why nobody showed up. I then had to keep calling then to get the result of the engineer and it took two weeks longer then they said it would. After the report they sold us a system to remove the moisture from the soil. We put a down payment down and was told they would call us to schedule an appointment. After a week and a half I called them again and set up an appointment. They scheduled the consultant to come out after confirming 3 time we needed the repair. I was promised they would call and set up an appointment and again after two weeks I had to call them again. This time I asked for my money back. They told me they would look into and call me on Monday. I called them on Tuesday, after not receiving a call on Monday, and they agreed to refund my money. 3 weeks later it was finally refunded. I am not sure about there work I never made it that far. I would not recommend this company at all.
