I really appreciate the same day service, I never realized how inconvenient it is to have your vehicle trapped in the garage. I also appreciate the few minutes the technician took to explain the problems I was having as well as the things to fix and cost.I love that the technicians are background checked and show up in a lettered truck with a uniform as well.

I was very happy with the same day service, as a matter of fact they showed up within 2 hrs. that was impressive. I like the fact all employees are background checked, they called when on the way, and best of all did a great job for what I felt was a fair price.I would definitely use them again

I'll save everyone from the LONG, drama-filled, fraudulent experience that we had with Owner [redacted] (###-###-####) and his technician [redacted] (###-###-####) at Arizona Garage Door Repair. But, let's just say that it started with a mysteriously cut cable costing us an additional $89.95 and ended with our credit card receiving over $500 in fraudulent charges that very same day. I also received angry voice mails from the owner who was completely rude and unprofessional (and that's putting it nicely)

I would avoid these guys like the PLAGUE. Obviously, we've taken our case to the Revdex.com and the police. Willing to fight this one to the end, for a business owner to have so little class is just appalling.

Use another company and be sure to watch the technician while they work!

I used Arizona garage doors & repair to fix my garage they were very knowledgeable in the products as well in how they repaired it . I would highly recommend this company . The tech that came to my house was so nice and so pleasant to have there I did not feel pressured I felt like I got a good deal for my money .

I made an appointment with this company, and even when I had other companies calling me back to schedule an appointment with them, I kept my appointment with this company. On the phone, I had the conversation with them about how the garage door is old and swings out in one piece, before they even came out to look at it. All I was told was that they couldn't guarantee a price because of the age. The company came out to look at it, and we were told that they do not work on that kind of garage and they left. It would have been nice to know that when I explained what kind of garage it was to them over the phone. Now we are having to wait until sometime next week for a different company to come out when this could have been fixed with the other company this weekend.
