After reviewing Mr. [redacted] complaint,
Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
RE: REQUESTING REFUND OF $60 Dear Sir/Madam:I am requesting a refund of $60 paid to you for an estimate PROBLEM:A representative of Arizona Door and Glass Connection came to my home on July 22nd to view my door to...

estimate repair and repair cost. They said that I must pay $60 for the visit but it is refundable if I chose to have the work done by them after I get an estimate. They kept my money and after several calls they never provided an estimate.BACKGROUND:I called Arizona Door and Glass Connection and made arrangement for them to come to my home at [redacted]. They agreed to come on July 21 at 730am. That morning they called and rescheduled for July 22nd. On July 22nd the representative came and examined the door. He called the office, the lady spoke with me said that I needed to give him a check for $60 which is refundable if I chose them to do the work after I got their estimate. She promised to have the estimate to me that afternoon (July 22nd). At the end of the day I called. A lady apologized and said the morning of July 23rd. I called late that morning and a guy promised that afternoon. I called that afternoon and another guy said first thing next morning (July 24th). I called July 24th and got the same kind of excuse. SITUATION:I never got that estimate. I had to find another resource. I found [redacted]. They came out this morning took 45 minutes to repair the door. They charged me $90. I never had an opportunity to get my $60 back.RESOLUTION:I am requesting that Arizona Door and Glass Connection refund my $60.
We apologize for the delay & any inconvenience that Mr. [redacted] experienced through us, concerning the door service.
