We have spoken with the tenant and resolved the issue. All of the properties we manage are individually owned so we do not always have our pick of a cleaning crew to clean each rental house.  Upon further inspection, it was found that the property was in need of additional cleaning....

 Arizona Haciendas spoke to the owner and he agreed to reimburse the tenant for the cleaning she requested.  All of this was resolved less than 12 hours after the tenants original contact to us concerning this matter. The property manager has personally been in contact with the tenant who agreed this is a satisfactory result. As always it is the goal of Arizona Haciendas to deliver a clean and move in ready property to a tenant.
