The photo I provided to the stylist for how I wanted my hair is great evidence and clearly
shows highlights that run evenly down the entire length of the
hair. It is obvious from the 'after' photo (also great evidence) that
the highlights are only at the top of my hair and the color is much darker at
the bottom of my hair. The highlights are not even and clearly do
not go down to the bottom or even to the middle of my hair. I didn't want to over process my hair but I
reluctantly allowed them to try to fix it. It didn't change anything, the
results were the sameMy hair is highlighted at the top but the middle and
bottom are very dark with no highlights. This is not acceptable. It
is very disappointing that Arizona Hair Co seems to care much more about their
bottom line than their customers. If they don't want to do what's right
and provide a refund then I will need to take this to social media and small
claims court. At this point it's not just about the money but even more
about principle

*** *** on the December 22, 2015. You are correct we closed at 5pm on Sunday and you entered after closing because the door was still unlocked allowing clients to leave. You were not happy about someone not taking you after closing time . You forgot to mention that you became very loud and the police were called because of your behavior. The police arrived and detained you and you still sat out in your car watching the salon after police left. At this time no compensation will be coming for Arizona Hair Co.*** Tell us why here

Hello,Well, it is very clear I will not ever do business with Arizona Hair CoI am not sure what is your quality, because you do not recommend yourself, but you have things wrong, and let me clarify:I got in the store before closing time, probably close to 4:- obviously your manager at the location is telling you incorrectA customer was seated just before meI left, and realized that I do not ask for the name and business card of the host, which was very rude, and I wanted to complain about himThat is when I came back, and an officer was at the door - I just explained him what the problem was, and he just recommended me to leave and complain, if I want toI am an extremely well respected person, FYI, everything else aredo not even know what to callThe fact that you do not have a customer complaint, and your personnel behaves like that, is something you need to fix - this is my recommendation, of a loyal customer for more that yearsI request an apology, but if you want to send it, is only a "label for your business.Regards,

Client came into salon for a color service and provided a picture to the stylist. I have included the photo and along with a before photo and an after photo. If you look at attachment the picture with a young man is the before picture, the middle picture is the results the client was
looking for, the last photo is the result the client received. The stylist at Az Hair Co provided the client with the results she was looking for

On 2/15/my wife called your receptionist on *** E *** at ###-###-####, and spoke to ***, and made an appoint for me (her husband) to have my hair cut at am, 2/16/Sunday
I showed up at am, only to be told that there was no appointment made, and no record of my wife's call to *** on the previous day, according to the receptionist
I asked if I could have a hair cut as a walk in The receptionist walked back and was speaking with haircutters behind my view
The conversation began to get heated, I could hear one haircutter (who later identified herself as Holly Hamper) say, "I don't want to take him, I am waiting on my appointment" and the conversation continued
Holly Hamper came to get me in the waiting area, and obviously angry and agitated, and began telling me that I should know not to expect an appoint to be made unless I scheduled my hair cut at the time of my previous hair cut, and that it was my fault that she was missing her other appointment Holly Hamper continued to lecture me, then she blamed my wife, saying "how do you know for sure your wife really called?"
I feel that your employees, specifically Holly Hamper and *** are destroying your business reputation I have been getting my hair cut and bringing my wife and daughters to AZ Hair CO for years plus
I will never return to a business that condescends to me, gives me negative attitude, and talks down to me with all the bad attitude of a year old child
I want the whole of Ahwatukee to know what an awful organization you are running so that the free market can reward you with closure of your business
Your company and your staff have a way of thanking long term loyal customers for their business
